Introduction
Ultakambal is a plant of cold regions, but its wild and cultivated plants are found in warm regions from Uttar Pradesh to Bengal, Assam, Khasia and Sikkim etc. at an altitude of 3000 feet to 4000 feet. Its plant flowers in the rainy season and fruits come in the winter season.
Properties
Ultakambal is pungent. It cures vaginal diseases, uterine diseases, stomach diseases, piles, stomach irritation and infertility caused by menstrual problems.
Treatment of various diseases
1. Menstruation and uterine disorders:
Heat the juice of the root bark of Ultakambal. Giving 2 ml of this juice daily provides relief from all kinds of menstrual problems.
Grind 6 grams of the root bark of Ultakambal with 1 gram of black pepper. Its consumption one week before menstruation and till the menstruation continues, regulates menstruation. It removes infertility and gives strength to the uterus.
If there is severe pain in the uterus, thighs and waist along with irregular menstruation, then extract 4 ml of Ultakambal root juice and consume it with sugar, it gives relief in 2 days.
Mix 50 grams of dry bark of Ultakambal with barley and prepare a decoction in 625 ml of water. By taking this decoction in proper quantity three times a day, menstruation starts on time in a few days. Its use should be given from one week before menstruation till menstruation starts.
Consume 4 grams of Ultakambal root bark powder and 7 grains of black pepper with water in the morning and evening for 7 days during menstruation. By using this for two to four months, all the defects of the uterus are cured. This is the best medicine for leucorrhoea and infertility. Diet: Take only milk and rice in food and remain celibate.
2. Pregnancy establishment:
1.5 grams of the root bark of Ultakambal, 3 to 4 pieces of betel stalk and 3 pieces of black pepper. Grind all these with fresh water and mix 50 ml of water and take it on an empty stomach in the morning. Use it 7 days before the start of menstruation. It helps in conception.
3. Gonorrhea:
Grind the fresh leaves and bark of the branches of Ultakambal together finely and filter it with cold water. Its consumption is very useful in gonorrhea.
4. Polyuria, eczema and diabetes:
Extract 10 to 20 ml of Ultakambal juice and consume it in the morning and evening, this disease gets cured soon.
5. Vaginal pain:
Drinking 5 ml of Ultakambal root juice mixed with 10 ml of sugar provides relief from vaginal pain.
