Benefits Of Dates

 

The benefits of dates are countless. In winters, you must have often seen people consuming almonds, walnuts and many other dry fruits. Because most dry fruits have a hot nature, which keeps the body warm in winters. But have you ever heard about the benefits of dates other than dry fruits i.e. almonds, cashews, raisins and walnuts. Let us tell you that dates are made after drying dates. People have been consuming dates since ancient times. While consuming dates in summers maintains energy in the body, the benefits of dates increase in winters. Because along with giving warmth to the body, it also protects from many diseases including diabetes, constipation. The benefits of dates are mentioned in detail in Ayurveda. Therefore, today we are telling you about the benefits of dates. By which you can make yourself healthy by consuming dates and get rid of many serious diseases.

Medicinal properties of dates


Diabetes- People suffering from diabetes are often prohibited from eating sweets, but in such a situation, if dates halwa or chhuhara ka halwa is eaten in limited quantity instead of sweets during winters or festivals, then it will not cause any harm.
Because dates and chhuhara are naturally sweet and they do not have the side effects of sugar made from sugarcane.

Cough- In winters, people often get cough due to cold. In such a situation, if dates are fried in ghee and consumed 2-3 times a day, then it gives relief from cough, sneeze, cold and phlegm.


Blood pressure- If you are troubled by the problem of falling blood pressure, then you should regularly wash 3-4 dates in hot water, then remove the seeds. After this, boil it with hot cow's milk. By consuming boiled milk in the morning and evening, you will get relief from low blood pressure in a few days.


Constipation- If you are troubled by constipation problem every day. So to get rid of it, just drink warm water after eating 3 dates in the morning and evening, you will get relief from constipation.

Get rid of falling and split ends hair- Consuming dates ends the problem of dryness of hair.
Because vitamin B is found in dates. Due to which hair becomes strong from the roots and gets rid of split ends and curly hair.

Eye diseases- Due to infection in the eyes, many times eye diseases i.e. stye come out in winter.
So in such a situation, making a paste of dates or date seed and applying it on the stye area gives relief. Along with this, continuous consumption of dates also gives relief in the problem of not being able to see at night.

Respiratory disease- In winter, people often feel difficulty in breathing due to cold. Which you can easily eliminate by consuming dates daily. Because eating dates strengthens the lungs, which gives relief from respiratory problems.
