Do this process 12 to 15 times continuously.
Classic Exercise
Do stability ball exercise to tone the abdominal muscles. To do this, rest the upper part of the waist on the ball. Maintain support from the hands and elbows to stay. Now pull the toes a little and take the part below the waist towards the ground. Bring the body in such a shape that the body comes in line from head to heels. Remain in this position for thirty to sixty seconds. Now repeat this exercise on the right and left side as well.
Crunch Exercise
