But do you know that there are some breathing techniques, whose regular practice can help you get rid of the problem of obesity. So let's know about the breathing techniques used for weight loss and the method of doing them.

Actually, when we breathe, the oxygen that reaches our body with it nourishes the body cells through blood. The importance of breathing has been known and believed in the form of Pranayama since years. By just taking and exhaling deeply in the right way, we get many benefits.
One of which is freedom from obesity.

Bhastrika Pranayama

To do Bhastrika Pranayama, sit in Padmasana, press both the knees with both hands. This keeps the whole body (above the waist) straight. Now close the mouth and do Purak-Rechak quickly with jolts from both the nostrils.
You will see that while exhaling, every jolt puts a little pressure on the navel. In this way, it should be done repeatedly until you start getting tired. After this, close the left nostril with the right hand and inhale as much air as possible from the right in the form of Purak. After doing internal Kumbhak, exhale slowly. This is one Bhastraka Kumbhak.

To repeat, first do as many Purak-Rechak strokes as possible, then Purak from the right nostril, then Kumbhak and then Rechak from the left nostril. In this way, practice Kumbhak at least three to four times.
But this Pranayama should not be done in case of heart disease, lung disease and any other serious disease.

Anulom-Vilom Pranayama

In Anulom-Vilom Pranayama, the method of inhaling and exhaling is repeated again and again. This Pranayama is also called 'Nadi Shodhak Pranayama'.
By doing Anulom-Vilom regularly, all the nerves of the body remain healthy and disease-free. This Pranayama can be done by a person of any age. To do Anulom-Vilom Pranayam, spread a mat and blanket and sit on it in Padmasana, Siddhasana, Swastikasana or Sukhasana as per your convenience. Now close the right nostril with the thumb of your right hand and inhale through the left nostril and then in the same way press the left nostril with the two fingers next to the thumb. After this, remove the thumb from the right nostril and exhale. After this, inhale through the right nostril only and close the right nostril and open the left nostril and exhale the breath after counting to 8. Do this activity first for 3 minutes and then increase it with time to 10 minutes. Do this Pranayam early in the morning while sitting in the open air.

Surya Namaskar

Surya Namaskar is a complete exercise. By doing this, all parts of the body get exercised, along with this the body also gets flexibility. There are more benefits of doing Surya Namaskar in the morning facing the rising sun.
This gives energy to the body and provides Vitamin D. Surya Namaskar is also beneficial in reducing weight and obesity. There are a total of 12 asanas in Surya Namaskar which have different effects on the body.

To do this, first stand straight with both hands folded.
Then while inhaling, bring both your hands up touching the ears and stretch the body backwards. Now while exhaling and keeping the hands straight, bend forward and touch the ground to the right and left of the feet with your hands. But keep in mind that while doing this, the knees should remain straight. Now while inhaling, take the right leg back and also bend the neck backwards. Stay in this position for some time and then while exhaling slowly, take the opposite leg back as well and stretch the body backwards by joining the heels of both the feet.

After this, come down while inhaling and then lie down. After this, lift the upper part of the body and stretch the whole body backwards while bringing the neck backwards and stay in this position for a few seconds. And then lift the back up and bend the head and put the heels on the ground.

Follow the fourth process again but this time bring the right leg forward and stretch the neck while bending it backwards. Now bring the left leg back and keeping it parallel to the right, come to the third position i.e.
keeping the knees straight, touch the ground on the right and left of the feet with the hands. After this, while inhaling, stand with both the hands close to the ears and while stretching backwards, come to the second position. And again come to the first position. Start doing it 4 to 5 times in the beginning and gradually increase it to 12 to 15 times.
