Eat these foods
There are some foods that will help you lose belly fat. These foods reduce fat naturally. Consuming garlic, onion, ginger, red chilli, cabbage, tomato, cinnamon and mustard reduces excess fat in the body. It is good to eat raw garlic and a one-inch piece of ginger early in the morning. Also, drinking warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning also helps in losing weight.
Do ball exercise
Do ball exercise to reduce side fat. To do this, lie straight on your back on the ground. Now lift both your legs up by holding a large exercise ball in your hands. Now hold the ball in your hands in your feet and then take your feet down and come up again with the ball. Then hold the ball that was lifted by the feet in your hands again. Do this exercise 12 times continuously.
Do side plank
Do side plank to reduce excess fat deposited on the sides of the stomach. Do side plank with both right and left hands. This will reduce stomach fat. This is a very beneficial exercise to reduce side fat. Do it for 1-2 minutes on one side, repeat this exercise 4 times.
Do crunches
Do crunches last to reduce side fat. First do cardio, muscle building and then abs exercise. Follow this sequence and easily reduce the side fat of the stomach. Do cardio exercise for 20 minutes, muscle building for 15 minutes and only abs exercise for 5 minutes in a week.
Drink water
Water plays an important role in reducing fat. Drinking water also keeps the body healthy, because it removes toxins from our body. For this, always keep a water bottle with you and make sure that you are consuming water throughout the day. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water every day.
