For this yoga treatment, the patient should do yoga only after clearing the stomach. Do not sit at one place for a long time. Walking at short intervals will be beneficial.
Practicing Vajrasana, Siddhasana, Guptasana, Gomukhasana, Halasana regularly will be beneficial. This patient should practice Ashwini Mudra, Moolbandha, Nadi Shodhan and Sheetali Pranayama.
Gomukhasana
Method:
1. Sitting in Dandasana, bend the left leg and keep the heel near the right buttock or you can also sit on the heel.
2. Bend the right leg and place it over the left leg in such a way that both knees are touching each other.
3. Bend the right hand upwards towards the back and take the left hand from behind the back and hold the right hand. Keep the neck and waist straight.
4. After doing one, take rest and do the other side in the same manner.
Benefits:
It is beneficial in Dhatu Rog, Polyuria and Gynecological diseases. It strengthens testicular enlargement and intestinal enlargement and
strengthens the liver, kidneys and chest. It cures arthritis and gout.
Siddhaasana (SIDDHASANA)
1. Sitting in Dandasana, bend the left leg and place the heel on the sinew. Fix the heel of the right foot on the upper part of the penis. The ankle of the right foot should be on the ankle of the left foot. The toes of the feet should be between the thigh and the calf.
2. The knees should be fixed on the ground. Both hands should be fixed on the knees in the position of Gyan Mudra. The spine should be straight. Close the eyes and concentrate the mind.
Benefits:
It is beneficial for piles and sexual diseases. It calms the sexual urge and gives peace to the mind. It is called Siddhasana because it is served by the Siddhas.
Halasana (Halasan)
Method:
1. Lie down on your back, now slowly lift your legs while inhaling. After lifting them up to 30, 60 degrees and then 90 degrees, take your legs behind your head and lift your back up as well while exhaling.
2. Rest your feet on the ground behind your head. Initially, place your hands behind your waist. Keep your hands on the ground throughout the position, stay in this position for 30 seconds.
3. In the same order in which you came up, press your palms on the ground and keep your legs straight from your knees and keep them on the ground.
Benefits:
1. Keeps the thyroid gland active and removes obesity, weakness etc.
2. Makes the spine healthy, flexible and makes the muscles of the back healthy.
3. It is beneficial in gas, constipation, diabetes, liver enlargement and heart disease.
Precautions:
1. Patients of high blood pressure, slip disc, cervical, T.B. and other spinal problems should not do this asana.
