So why not get rid of this problem by doing some asanas. Gas problem is common among people today. It is also called by names like gastric trouble and Vayu Gola. Frequent emission of Apana Vayu from the anus and sometimes extremely foul-smelling gas from the stomach, excessive belching and gurgling in the stomach are its main symptoms. Those whose digestive power is often poor and who often suffer from constipation, they are troubled by the problem of gas. Causes of gas formation The stress caused by the struggle for livelihood and other reasons has made many diseases common today. One of these is gas formation in the stomach. In today's hectic life, not eating and drinking on time, not sleeping on time, lack of water and excess of hot beverages also affect the amount of acid in the stomach and the digestive system. This also affects blood circulation and intestinal activity. The symptoms of this disease include feeling of heaviness and uneasiness in the stomach. The movement of the patient's intestines increases. There is a feeling of bloating and excessive air in the stomach. Sometimes there may be complaints of sour burps, discomfort in the chest, rapid heartbeat, severe stomach pain, obstruction of urine, feeling of heat in the body etc. Remedy through yoga practice Our stomach is the center of many of our diseases. All diseases start from the stomach. The food we eat forms juice. Blood and flesh etc. are formed in the body from the juice. But if there is a disorder in any part of the digestive system, then all diseases related to the stomach occur. Yoga has been used since ancient times to keep the body healthy. Yoga is a scientific medical system, which is used not only to stay healthy but also for the treatment of diseases. By doing some yoga exercises regularly, diseases related to the digestive system can be cured from the root. Many asanas have been described in yoga scriptures to get rid of gas related diseases. These include Vajrasana, Uttanapadasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, Matsyasana, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Mayurasana, Bhastrika Pranayama, Suryabhedi Pranayama, Agnisar Kriya, Abdominal Strength Development Micro Exercise, etc. 1. Sarvangasana Method: Lie straight on the ground. Raise your waist and keep your legs parallel to the ground. Now support your back with both hands and slowly raise your feet towards the sky. Chin in the throat pit. The body should be in a straight line from the shoulders to the toes and bring the body to a 90 degree angle. Try to stop as much as possible. Then slowly come down. There should be no jerk while coming back. First make the legs parallel to the ground, then slowly bring the feet down. Relax while coming down. After practicing, stay in this asana for at least 2 minutes. Benefits: It is useful for blood purification, brain, heart and lungs. This asana is a panacea for gas, tonsils and throat diseases. It removes eye sight and blood disorders, cures skin diseases. Special: It is prohibited for heart disease, high blood pressure, pregnant women. And this asana should be practiced only once. 2. Uttanapadasana: Spread a mat on the ground and lie down on your back. Keep the toes and heels of both the feet together and keep both the hands straight on both sides of the body, lift both the legs. Remain in the position as much as possible. After this, slowly bring the feet down. Do this asana about 5 times in the beginning. Benefits: This asana cures constipation, gas, indigestion, piles and other stomach ailments. This asana is a panacea for sour belching, stomach worms etc. This asana also reduces body fat. 3. Bhujangasana Method: Lie down on your stomach with your face down and leave your body loose. Place your palms on the ground between your shoulders and elbows. After this, slowly lift the part from the navel to the front like a snake's hood. Pull your toes backwards and touch the ground. Stay in the asana as much as possible. Do this asana at least four times. Benefits: This asana affects the neck, shoulders, spine. The back, chest, heart, shoulders, neck and muscles become strong. It is a panacea for stomach gas, constipation etc. 4. Agnisar Kriya: Sit in the position of Sukhasana or Padmasana. Keep both hands on the knees in a mudra position and exhale and pull the stomach in and exhale and compress it rapidly 8 to 10 times and then stand straight and take a deep breath. This exercise should be done at least 5 times. This exercise should always be done on an empty stomach. Benefits: It is beneficial in increasing the power of the digestive system. This exercise eradicates even the most chronic constipation and gas-related problems. It also reduces the enlarged stomach. Special: This exercise and the above Bhujangasana are prohibited for ulcers, hernia, heart disease, high blood pressure and pregnant women.
