Massage your scalp with a mixture of honey and egg yolk. Leave it for half an hour and then wash it off. Mix one teaspoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons black gram powder in 5 tablespoons curd. Apply this mixture on the scalp for an hour. It will give you a lot of relief. To prevent hair fall in men, include extra minerals in your diet. Like calcium, magnesium, and zinc. Also eat green leafy vegetables. Practice meditation and yoga to reduce stress and anxiety and avoid combing wet hair.
