1. Headache There are many reasons for headache. Headache is caused due to constipation, increased gas, high blood pressure, weak eyesight, over-vigilance, over-exertion, weakness of the body etc. Generally, in case of headache, one of the following remedies should be done: Amritdhara: Headache is cured by dropping 4 drops on a batasha and eating it and smelling 2 drops on a handkerchief. Lemon leaf juice: Headache is cured by extracting juice from lemon leaves and dropping it on both sides of the nose. Sandalwood paste: Rubbing sandalwood in water and applying it on the forehead is beneficial in headache caused due to heat. Sesame, sandalwood and cinnamon oil: Mix 250 ml of pure sesame oil, 10 ml of real sandalwood oil, 10 ml of cinnamon oil and 5 grams of camphor and fill it in a bottle. Applying this oil on the forehead gives instant relief from headache. Amla powder and ghee: Mix one spoon of pure ghee with two spoons of amla powder and eat it, then drink a glass of lukewarm milk. Eating apple: Cutting a sweet apple, applying salt and chewing it on an empty stomach every morning cures chronic headache. Do this experiment continuously for ten days. 2. Increasing mental strength Carrot and milk: Grate one kilo of carrot and cook it in four kilos of milk. Then fry one quarter of Desi ghee and ten almonds in it and store it in a glass vessel. Eat fifty grams daily and drink milk. Eating it for a month will give strength to the brain. Apple burnt in fire: Burn an apple in fire and put it in a pot of water. Filter this water and drink it. Dry coriander and sugar candy: Take dry coriander and poppy seeds in equal quantity, grind them and make a fine powder. Take sugar candy of equal weight and grind it and mix it in it. Consume one spoon of it regularly at 9 in the morning and at 9 in the night after food with lukewarm sweet milk or water. Its consumption improves memory, eye sight and gives deep sleep. 3. Dizziness Amla and coriander: Take six grams of dry amla and six grams of dry coriander seeds and grind them halfway and soak them in 250 grams of water in an earthen pot at night. In the morning, mash and filter them, mix two spoons of powdered sugar candy and drink it, this stops dizziness. No matter what the reason is. Lemon water: If dizziness is caused due to stomach problems, then squeezing one lemon in half a glass of hot water and drinking it is beneficial. Raisins and Desi Ghee: Roast twenty-five grams of raisins in Desi Ghee and add rock salt and eat it, this stops dizziness. Amla syrup: If you feel dizzy or nauseous in summers, drinking amla syrup is beneficial. 4. Half head pain Mustard oil: Put six to eight drops of mustard oil in the nostril of the side of the head where you are having pain or smell it, the pain will stop immediately. Doing this for four to five days will cure half head pain forever. Desi ghee: Putting two to four drops of desi ghee in the nose with the help of cotton or smelling it will cure half head pain. Do this process for at least one week. Garlic paste: Grind garlic and rub it on the affected part (half head) and the pain will disappear like camphor. This experiment may have to be done several times. 5. Epilepsy Epilepsy is considered to be the most dangerous disease among nerve related diseases. Its attack can happen anytime and anywhere. Its patient should never be allowed to go alone near fire, well, pond, river, bridge, railway line, middle of the road and should not be allowed to drive any kind of vehicle. The following measures are more beneficial in this disease: Onion juice: Drinking three ounces of onion juice mixed with a little water in the morning stops epileptic attacks. Onion juice must be taken for one and a quarter months. If the patient has had an attack, then applying onion juice on the nostrils brings him back to his senses. Consumption of garlic: Crushing garlic and making it fragrant brings back the epileptic patient to his senses. If eight to ten cloves of garlic are boiled in milk daily and that milk is given to the patient, then epilepsy is cured within a few weeks. Gooseberry leaves: Grinding twenty-five to thirty gooseberry leaves in buttermilk and consuming it regularly for two weeks stops epileptic attacks. Henna juice and milk: Mixing a quarter cup of henna juice in a quarter cup of milk and giving it to an epileptic patient is very beneficial. Mustard and basil: Grind mustard and make the epileptic patient smell it, it breaks the unconsciousness. Basil and camphor: Mix four-six camphor tablets in a handful of basil leaves and give it to the patient, it will be beneficial.
