1. Mouth ulcers

Sucking liquorice: If you have mouth ulcers, suck liquorice, the ulcers will be cured.
Catechu and guava leaves: Chewing guava leaves with catechu cures mouth ulcers.

Banana with cow's milk: If you have ulcers on the tongue, eat a banana with cow's milk for a few days, it will give relief from the ulcers.


2. Bleeding from gums


Powder of salt, turmeric and alum: Take salt, turmeric and alum in equal quantities, grind them well and make powder, then brush your teeth with this powder. Avoid ice, very hot and cold drinks. Eat things like carrot, apple, amla, turnip.


3. Teeth shaking

Sesame oil and black salt: Grind black salt in sesame oil and rub it on the affected teeth to stop them shaking.

4. Toothache

Treatment with camphor: In case of toothache, put a little camphor under the aching tooth or molar and press it.
If there is a hole in the molar, fill it. The pain will stop.

Papaya milk and camphor: Mix raw papaya milk, a little asafoetida and camphor and put it in a cotton ball and put it under the aching tooth and press it.


Neem juice: Mix the juice of fresh soft neem leaves and put two drops in the ear on the side where the molar is aching. You will get relief immediately.

5. Pyorrhea

Neem and clove powder: Dry the neem twig along with the leaves in the shade, burn it and grind it.
Add some cloves, peppermint and salt to it. Pyorrhea disease is cured by brushing teeth with it in the morning and evening.

6. Bad breath

Consumption of fennel: Chewing half a teaspoon of fennel after meals both the times removes bad breath in a few days and digestion also improves.


Basil leaves: Eating four leaves of basil every morning and drinking water after that also removes bad breath.

Lemon juice: Mixing lemon juice in a glass of water and gargling with it in the morning removes bad breath.

Sucking cloves: Keeping a clove in the mouth and sucking it (after meals) stops bad breath.


Remedy of pomegranate peel: Taking four grams of ground pomegranate peel with water in the morning and evening removes bad breath. Boiling the peel and gargling with it is also beneficial.

Cumin and green coriander:
Roasting cumin and eating it removes bad breath.
Eating green coriander keeps the mouth fragrant. After meals, a little green coriander should be chewed.

Ginger juice:
Mix one teaspoon ginger juice in a glass of warm water and gargle to get rid of bad breath.

7. Bad taste of mouth

Mango seed and lemon: Cutting a lemon into half pieces and mixing two pinches of fine mango seed powder in it to clean the mouth cures pyorrhea.


Black salt and black pepper: Sprinkle black salt and a little ground black pepper powder and heat it a little on fire, then sucking it removes the bitterness in the mouth and cures bad taste.

Pomegranate peel and fennel:
If there is bad breath or astringency in the mouth, then boil four grams of pomegranate peel in water, add a little fennel in it and gargle to get rid of this problem.


8. Chapped lips

Milk cream and turmeric: Chapped lips are a common complaint in winters. If a pinch of turmeric powder is mixed with half a teaspoon of milk cream and applied on the lips, this complaint goes away.

Mustard oil and ghee: If the lips are chapped due to dry air, then apply pure mustard oil or lukewarm ghee on the navel at night before sleeping.


Groundnut oil: Before bathing in the morning, take a little groundnut oil on the palm and rub it on the palm with the finger. Then massage this oil on the lips. Neither the lips will crack nor will a scab form on them.

Desi ghee and salt: By mixing a nominal amount of salt in desi ghee and applying it on the lips and navel, the chapped lips will stop.

Glycerine: Applying glycerine also stops the chapped lips.
