1. Heart Diseases
Apple Murabba: Consuming 50 grams of apple murabba with silver foil in the morning cures heart weakness, heart sinking, etc. Consume this recipe for 15 days.
Amla juice: If you have to eat four rotis, then after eating two rotis, add some amla juice in half a glass of water and drink it and then eat the remaining two rotis. Doing this for 21 days cures heart weakness.
Raw potato juice: The juice of raw potatoes cures heartburn immediately.
Tamarind and Mishri: Drinking the juice of ripe tamarind with Mishri cures the heartburn.
Onion: Those whose heart beat is too high should eat one raw onion with food every day. This will normalize the beat and give strength to the heart.
Amla and cow's milk: Drinking ground amla with cow's milk cures all heart diseases.
Amla and Mishri: Grind dry amla and mishri in equal quantity. Taking one spoon of this powder with water daily cures all heart diseases.
Amla Murabba: Taking amla murabba with milk keeps the health good and also prevents any kind of heart disease.
Honey and banana: Eating two bananas mixed with fifteen grams of honey cures heart disease.

2. High blood pressure
Poppy seeds and watermelon seeds: Grind poppy seeds (white) and kernels of watermelon seeds separately and mix them in equal quantity. Eat one spoon each in the morning and evening on an empty stomach. This slows down the high blood pressure and you get good sleep at night.
Fenugreek: Taking one spoon of fenugreek powder on empty stomach in the morning and evening for two weeks normalizes high blood pressure.
Raisins and garlic: Eating raisins with a clove of garlic is also beneficial.
Papaya: Eat ripe papaya on empty stomach in the morning for thirty days and after eating it do not eat or drink anything for two hours; this keeps blood pressure normal.
Wheat and gram flour: Take wheat and gram in equal quantity and grind them to flour. Make rotis of flour with bran and eat. The disease will be cured within a week.
Copper glass: Keep water in a copper glass or pot at night and drink it after waking up in the morning. This normalizes high blood pressure.
Tulsi and Neem: Grind four Tulsi leaves, two Neem leaves and two spoons of water and take it on empty stomach. It is beneficial in high blood pressure.
3. Low Blood Pressure
Raisins: Soak 100 grams of raisins in 200 grams of water. Let it remain soaked overnight and eat one raisin each in the morning after chewing it well. It is very beneficial in low blood pressure.
Amla and Honey: If a person faints due to extremely low blood pressure, then mixing equal quantity of honey in the juice of green Amlas and giving two spoons of it cures the fainting.
Buttermilk and Asafoetida: People with low blood pressure benefit by drinking buttermilk mixed with two grams of Asafoetida. Drinking buttermilk after lunch is like Amrit.
Carrot Juice: Mixing honey in carrot juice and drinking it cures low blood pressure. Carrot Murabba is also beneficial.
