Mud therapy is used to provide coolness to the body. Mud dissolves and absorbs the impurities in the body and finally removes them from the body. Mud dressing and mud bath are its main treatments.

What kind of soil should be used?

For mud bath, whatever soil is available in the area is suitable, but the soil used should be clean, without pebbles and stones and chemical fertilizers and should be 2-3 feet below the ground.
