Obesity Preventive Measures

 


Many people are worried about obesity and want to get rid of it. They try some remedies but it has been seen many times that every remedy is not beneficial for everyone, due to which they need not be disappointed and they should try another remedy. Today I have brought some common Ayurvedic remedies to get rid of obesity in front of you. Which can be used and benefited.

1. Mixing a little salt and lemon juice in radish juice and drinking it regularly reduces obesity and the body becomes well shaped.


2. Take wheat, rice, millet and whole moong in equal quantity, roast it and make porridge out of it. Add 20 grams of carom seeds and 50 grams of white sesame seeds to this porridge. Cook 50 grams of porridge in 400 ml water!
Add vegetables and light salt according to taste! Regular consumption of this porridge for a month gives amazing benefits in obesity and diabetes!

3. Make a tablet by crushing one leaf of Ashwagandha with hands and swallow it daily in the morning, afternoon and evening one hour before meals or on an empty stomach with water!
With regular consumption for a week, many kilos of weight can be lost by living on fruits, vegetables, milk, buttermilk and juice!

4. Stop consuming all dishes made of wheat flour and refined flour in the diet for a month!
This also includes roti! Fill your stomach by eating only pulses, vegetables and seasonal fruits for the first 4-6 days! In pulses, you can take only peeled moong dal, arhar or masoor dal, not gram or urad dal! You can take whatever vegetables you like! Make a salad with carrot, radish, cucumber, spinach, cabbage, ripe tomatoes and green chillies! Sprinkle black pepper, rock salt, cumin seeds and squeeze lemon on the salad and serve!

Just leave the roti made of wheat and eat dal, vegetable, salad and a glass of buttermilk, drinking it in sips, fill your stomach! Even if the quantity is more, there is no need to worry! Keep eating like this for 6-7 days! After this, start eating roti made of gram and barley flour instead of wheat roti! Mix 5 kg of Desi gram and one kg of barley, clean and grind them. For 6-7 days, start taking half the quantity of roti made from this flour and half the quantity of dal, vegetable, salad and buttermilk. After one month, you can start eating wheat roti, but start with one roti and then gradually increase it. Buttermilk is not used in the month of Bhadon, so do not use buttermilk in this month!!

5. Obesity can be cured by making decoction of castor root, filtering it and consuming one spoon of it with honey three times a day regularly!!

6. Obesity can also be cured by consuming one gram of powder of Chitrak root with honey regularly in the morning and evening and avoiding food habits!!
