Introduction
Rudraksha originates from a tree called Rudraksh. That is why it is called Rudra. Its seed is called Rudraksha. It is red and dry like a brick. In Sanskrit, Rudraksha means - Rudra + Aksha i.e. `red eye´. Rudra means the eye of Shiva (Mahadev). Rudraksha leaves different effects of its power on every person. It is believed that if its garland is worn around the neck, then prosperity, happiness and peace are obtained. Rudraksha has such properties that provide good health and also does not let old age come. Rudraksha has been used since ancient times to get relief from all types of stress and to protect from heart diseases.
Properties
Rudraksha makes the body strong, removes blood disorders. Strengthens the metal and kills insects. Cures paralysis, mucus, cough and childbirth diseases.
Harmful effects
There is no real method to identify Rudraksha. According to beliefs prevalent since ancient times, there are some simple methods by which real Rudraksha can be identified. Real Rudraksha does not float in milk or water, rather it sinks. It is also said that if a fake Rudraksha is tied to a thread and hung over an onion, it starts rotating. Real Rudraksha is slightly oily, round, relatively harder, has a raised but clear mouth and naturally has holes.
Treatment of various diseases
1. Phlegm:
If there is a lot of phlegm in the chest of the child and there is no hope of the phlegm coming out, then grind Rudraksha and mix it with honey and make the patient lick it after 5-5 minutes, the phlegm comes out through vomiting.
2. Heart disease:
Take green and fresh Rudraksha fruits, remove its peel and make a decoction. Consuming this decoction in small quantities for a few months is beneficial in all heart diseases.
