1. Water should be drunk 1 hour 30 minutes after and 48 minutes before eating food.
2. If you have to drink after eating food, then you can take juice or lemon water in the morning, buttermilk in the afternoon, milk in the evening. Acidic things should be eaten before sunset and alkaline things after sunset.
3. Those who get cold by taking juice in the morning can add black salt to the juice.
4. Water should be drunk in sips only. It is beneficial in many diseases. Obesity is reduced very quickly. Dialysis takes time. Many animals and birds drink water in sips.
5. Eat food by chewing it well. Vata, Pitta and Kapha remain balanced.
6. The things which nature has produced within a radius of 20 KM are better for us and that too in the same season in which we are eating.
7. Drink 3 glasses of water as soon as you wake up in the morning without gargling. Brush your teeth at night and then sleep. Because morning saliva is very important. For eyes, for skin.
8. Neem tooth brush increases saliva whereas Tooth paste reduces saliva.
9. Eating fruits is more beneficial than juice.
10. One should not eat or drink anything cold. It is the root of all diseases.
11. One should eat food while sitting in a comfortable position on the ground.
12. Things in the house should be kept properly. The more open the house is, the better the heart and mind will be.
13. After eating food, definitely sit in Vajrasana. Muslim brothers digest everything, we are not able to digest dal roti. Sit in Vajrasana and press hands with each other.
14. Eat less than hunger. After eating food during the day, definitely take some rest. Or sit comfortably for 48 minutes after eating food and do not do any hard work. Because at this time the blood pressure remains high.
15. Eat less food at night and sleep after at least 2 hours and walk 200 steps. The blood pressure remains low at night.
16. Vata has an effect in the morning, so do not run around much. Evening walk is more important than morning walk.
17. Never eat food with opposite nature. Milk, curd, acidic alkaline, cold hot, onion milk, honey ghee, urad daal curd, curd salt, milk salt, sour fruits milk, hot food ice cream.
18. Continuous consumption of salt increases impotency.
19. While cooking food, it should be exposed to sun or air. This means that food should not be cooked in a pressure cooker but in an open vessel. Use brass, bronze and earthen vessels.
20. Bathing should be done with Multani soil.
21. From Holi till the first rain, water from earthen vessels should be drunk.
22. During rainy season, water from copper vessels should be drunk.
23. From the last day of rain till Holi, water from a gold vessel or water in which gold is kept should be drunk.
24. Gold is hot whereas silver is cold.
25. Water that is boiled and cooled is very good.
26. The best water is rain water, then river water which comes from glacier, then pond water, then ground water and then water from committee.
27. Water can be cleaned by boiling it, filtering it through cloth, using alum or adding lime.
28. R.O. water is not good, many good things of water get destroyed.
