Every person in the whole world wants to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. Most of the people follow different types of methods to live a healthy life. In this article, we are telling about some ways to live a healthy life for a hundred years.


1. Drink water 48 minutes before eating and 1 hour 18 minutes after eating. Eat sitting in Sukhasan (cross legged position), do not eat while watching T.V. Eat only when you are hungry, do not eat to your stomach's fill.
Do not talk while eating. Never eat the opposite food. (Milk curd or things made from them, urad daal curd, sour things and milk, onion and milk) Do not eat fast food made from refined flour. Never eat stale food otherwise you will save 50 and will have to visit 1000 doctors. Eat fresh things grown around the season and the place where you are living. Definitely have breakfast in the morning.

2. If you cannot stop. In the morning, you can have juice or lemon water, during the day buttermilk and at night milk, that too in sips.


3. Eat slowly and chew food properly, there are 32 teeth, chew 32 times, do it for 3-4 days, you will get used to it automatically.

4. Whenever you have to drink water, drink it in sips and while sitting (Joint Pain) and if possible drink lukewarm water.


5. Never drink cold water. At the most, in summers, you can drink water from a pot. That too in sips and while sitting.

6. After waking up in the morning, first of all drink 3 glasses of water without doing anything.
Brush your teeth at night and then sleep. If you cannot drink 3 glasses of water, then increase it gradually.

7. Make sure to get full sleep. Hardworking people should sleep for 7-8 hours, less hardworking people should sleep for 6-7 hours.
There is a small remedy to fall asleep immediately. Close your left nostril and breathe through your right nostril for 3-4 minutes. Age 14 to 60 years. The younger the child, the more time he should sleep. Sleep or lie down with your head towards the east or south, never lie or sleep with your head towards the north.

8. Sleep 2-3 hours after eating food. Walk 1000 steps, otherwise no one can save us from diabetes, heart disease, physical pain (knee pain).

9. Sleep with your back down and stomach up at night. Sleep with your head towards the east or south.
After eating food in the afternoon, sleep with your left side towards your heart. Sleep for 20 to 48 minutes. If you don't fall asleep, lie down. Don't sleep too much in the afternoon, otherwise obesity will increase.
