Disease introduction, causes and symptoms

When men ejaculate spontaneously during sleep (night or day) in dream state, then such a condition is called 'Swapna Dosh'. However, it is a natural process of ejaculation (discharge of semen) in the absence of natural facility (no intercourse) for mental and physical satisfaction of aroused sexual tendency and desire in the youth. Therefore, it is normal/natural to have nocturnal emission 2-4 times in a month. It is not a disease. Hence there is no need to treat it, but if nocturnal emission occurs 8-10 times in a month or more, then it is a disease and needs treatment and it should be treated properly. It is necessary to differentiate it from normal nocturnal emission through its symptoms, because if pathological nocturnal emission is not treated properly considering it to be natural nocturnal emission, then the patient/youth may suffer from many other diseases (such as premature ejaculation and impotence) etc.

Main causes of the disease

1. Excessive reading of lustful, dirty books, magazines etc.
2. Watching lustful, dirty films, nude pictures (watching albums of nude pictures of men and women in lustful intercourse), blue films or watching such films in excess in which the hero and heroine repeatedly make love (hug, hug, kiss, lick etc.)

3. Watching more provocative programmes on TV channels.
4. Company of people with bad thoughts.
5. Tendency/addiction to masturbation.
6. Consumption of stimulants (like alcohol, hashish, marijuana etc.)
7. Excessive sexual intercourse with women at a young age.
8. Not concentrating on daily creative work and thinking only about sex.

9. Living with a beautiful young woman.
10. Eating spicy hot food.
11. Mainly suppressing the urge to urinate or defecate for a long time.

14. Less physical exertion as per the capacity of physical strength.

Main symptoms of the disease

1. Feeling lethargic/lazy in the body, not feeling like doing any work.
2. Feeling of pain like weariness in the body parts.
3. Excessive yawning.
4. Lack of appetite.
5. Getting tired even after doing little strenuous work.

6. Decrease in the glow/beauty of the face.
7. Decrease in memory power.
8. Getting angry/irritated on Baba very quickly.
9. Dark circles/spots appear under the eyes.
10. Drowsiness/desire to lie down/sleep.
11. Head feels heavy and dizzy.
12. Sometimes semen comes out with urine.

13. Always considers oneself unwell/sick.
14. Lack of self-confidence.
15. Burning/burning sensation in palms and soles of feet.
16. Dryness of mouth and throat.
17. In the severe stage of the disease, the entire body becomes weak and pale. Cheeks get sunken and eyes get sunken.
