1. As soon as you wake up in the morning, rub the palms of your hands together until they become warm and after the palms become warm, apply them on your closed eyes, this will give relief to the muscles of your eyes. Now rub the soles of both the feet with the hands, the left foot with the right hand and the right foot with the left hand.
2. Saliva (spit) Those people who wear glasses, whether they are children or old, if they apply saliva (spit) like kajal in the eyes every morning, then the glasses will be removed. Children's glasses will be removed quickly. Whereas for the people who are older, it will take some time. If there is a red spot in the eyes or the eyes have become red, then by applying saliva (spit) in the eyes like kajal in the morning, the redness or spot of the eyes will be cured in 24 hours.
3. In both hands, there is a point for the eyes on the upper side (on the palm) between the first and second finger, the one equal to the thumb. Press it for one to five minutes. Similarly press both the feet.
4. Whenever your hands are free, join the upper part of the third and fourth fingers with the upper part of the thumb and keep it for as long as possible. You can do this after eating food or while walking.
5. Drink water every morning after waking up. If possible, take one spoonful of Indian gooseberry powder with it or you can mix some cow urine in the water.
6. When you brush your teeth, after brushing your teeth, fill your mouth with water and close your eyes and splash fresh water in your eyes 30 times. Do this 3 to 4 times a day.
7. If possible, stop having morning tea. Instead, take a mixture of lemon, honey and water. If you want to lose weight, drink it in hot water, if you want to increase weight, drink it in cold water, and if you want to keep your weight normal, drink it in normal water.
8. Before taking a bath, apply oil on the toes properly. While taking a bath, clean your feet properly. Rub them with a rag. The more the soles are cleaned, the better your eyesight will be and the rest of the body will also be in good shape.
9. After sunrise in the morning, within 1 hour, stand in front of the sun with closed eyes for 10 seconds.
10. Without moving your neck, look slowly to the right and left, up and down with your eyes. Open and close your eyes quickly. Without moving your neck, rotate your eyes clockwise and anticlockwise at a 360 degree angle.
11. Massage the area around your eyes with a light hand. Without blinking, focus your gaze on a small object until tears come.
12. Do not use very hot water for bathing. Eat less chili and spices. Eat more green vegetables. Take bottle gourd juice in the morning, bottle gourd should be good and not bitter. Do not watch too much TV. Do not read while lying down. Do not read in low light. Do not drink water 30 minutes before eating and 1:30 hours after eating. Do not use a tie too much. Drink plenty of water (urine should not be yellow). Do not be tense, always stay happy. In case of tension or anger, dip the third finger of the right hand (equal to the little finger) in water and apply it in the middle of the forehead for 10 seconds. Reduce or avoid using market items like pizza, burger and other fast food items.
13. Take 100 grams almonds, 100 grams fennel and 100 grams sugar candy (if you have sugar then do not use sugar candy or use it in very less quantity) and grind all these to make powder. If the child is small then take one spoon and if the child is big then take two spoons with 200 grams milk.
14. Take a green coloured glass bottle and fill it with water and keep it in the sun. Remove it in the evening and next day after waking up sprinkle that water on your closed eyes.
15. Take fresh cow urine of a local cow. The cow should not be pregnant. Black is good. Bring it and keep it in a glass bottle and apply it in the eyes and ears with a dropper and also put 1 drop in each eye. All the diseases of the eyes and ears will be cured.
16. Mix 100 grams carrot, 50 grams tomato and 20-25 grams spinach, some coriander leaves and 50 grams Indian gooseberry in it and make juice and use it for 40 days. You will get rid of your eyeglasses.
17. Massage mustard oil on the dark spots under the eyes and take dry Indian gooseberry powder and sugar candy in equal amounts with water every morning and evening. The dark spots around the eyes will be cured.
