Yoga is a complete scientific science in itself. Our sages have emphasized the use of yoga for spiritual progress instead of pleasure, which is also morally correct. But worldliness is also necessary to maintain God's creation, only a virile person can develop himself in all aspects, it is necessary to be virile for procreation, only a virile (virile) person is entitled to be called a complete man.
Lack of semen is impotence, hence loss of semen for fun is definitely painful. Such persons are forced to suffer from problems like nocturnal emission, premature ejaculation and impotence. When we started using these mysterious methods of yoga for the treatment of these diseases, many times we had to face opposition from the so-called wise men… that how are you using this sacred knowledge…..etc. Therefore, it is requested to all of you that you should use these yoga methods and become virile, and increase your spiritual power, do not misuse them for fun. 1. Vajroli Kriya: Whenever you urinate, stop urinating immediately. Stop for a few seconds… then loosen the nerves and let the urine come out… stop again. In this way, do this kriya many times during urination. By this kriya, the nerves will get power. Then you will be able to control the ejaculation of semen also. Our brain cannot differentiate between urination and semen ejaculation… this is the reason that by this kriya, the time of ejaculation increases in the same proportion in which you control it during urination. 2. Bahya Kumbhaka: Benefits: 1- This Pranayama removes the restlessness of the mind and stops the tendencies. 2- It makes the intellect subtle and sharp. 3- It stabilizes the semen and relieves nocturnal emission and premature ejaculation. Method: Sitting in any meditative posture, exhale the breath with full force in one go. After exhaling the breath, apply Moola Bandha (constrict the anus) and Uddiyaan Bandha (shrink the stomach as much as possible) and hold the breath outside for as long as you can comfortably. When the breath cannot be held outside for a long time, then open the Bandhas and inhale slowly. This completes one cycle. After inhaling, exhale again without holding it and hold it outside as before. In this way 3 to 21 cycles can be done. Caution: Do this Pranayama in the morning on an empty stomach. Breathing should not be held so much that while inhaling, the breath goes in with a jerk and the disturbed breath has to be corrected by taking 5-6 normal breaths. Eat and drink something only after 30 minutes of Pranayama. 3. Ashwini Mudra: Benefits: 1- All the diseases of the anus are cured by continuous practice of this Mudra. 2- Strength increases in the body and by doing this Mudra, life is prolonged. 3- It is believed that Kundalini is also awakened by this Mudra. 4- This Mudra is a surefire cure for premature ejaculation. 5- Impotence is cured by Ashwini Mudra. Method: Sitting in Kagasana (a position like sitting on the toilet), pull the anus inwards and stay in the position of Moolabandha for some time and then loosen it. Pull it inwards again and release it again. Keep doing this process as much as possible and then sit comfortably for some time. Special Do this exercise several times a day, do Ashwini Mudra at least 50 times at a time.
