Introduction- Stress, fear and anxiety are inter-active. The main psychological causes of anxiety are stress, fear, lack of concentration, apprehension and the physical factors are tachycardia, hyperventilation, palpitations, shock, sweating. Other systems like the gastrointestinal (digestive system) are also involved in multi-system problems. In such a situation, physical fatigue and excessive sleepiness are common disorders. Treatment of anxiety disorder through yoga- Shatkriya (Hatha Yoga Kriya) Practice Kunjal and Jala Neti Kriya. Practice Yogic Kriya to make the whole body healthy- Asanas: Practice Shashankasana, Sarvangasana, Matsyasana, Padmasana, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana. Pranayama: Practice Anulom-Vilom and Ujjayi Pranayama. Practice Time: Practice this for 50 minutes daily. Preksha (Meditation in mind): Meditation of the whole body while meditating on the white colour in mind. Anupreksha (Thought of mind): While meditating in mind, one should think that- “Strength and self-confidence is increasing within me. My anxiety is going away and I am gradually experiencing peace and happiness.” Food In such a situation, eat only simple food.
