By doing this, these oils start secreting in large quantities from sebaceous glands. Due to which the hair starts looking sticky and dirty and they have to be washed soon. And washing hair repeatedly at short intervals makes them dry and lifeless and hair loses its natural shine. 2. In today's modern era, both boys and girls are becoming victims of smoking. But perhaps they do not know that this smoking, which is harmful for their body, is also harmful for their hair. The smoke coming out of smoking makes the hair dry and lifeless and the chances of hair becoming split ends increases. Apart from this, nicotine present in cigarettes hinders hair growth and also lightens the color of hair. 3. Rubbing hands repeatedly in hair is also one of the bad habits. Throughout the day, we touch so many dusty and germ-laden things and then we put the same hands on our face and hair.
