There are many reasons for absence of menstruation, which are as follows-
According to the rules of nature, menstruation stops forever in women aged 40-50 years. Blood circulation in the body of women reduces in this stage. Therefore, menstruation does not occur. Menstruation does not occur due to small size of uterus or absence of uterus, excess of air in uterus, both walls of vagina being joined, closing of the mouth of vagina, very small mouth of vagina, absence of ovary and absence of vaginal hole. Menstruation which does not occur due to these reasons is incurable. But menstruation can be resumed by cutting the vaginal hole. The menstruation of women who are infertile from birth cannot be resumed.
Menstruation does not occur due to injury to the uterus due to obesity, less menstrual flow, marriage at a young age, women suffering from Som Rog, bathing during menstruation and abortion or consumption of rough substances like mud, weakening due to jaundice, tuberculosis (TB) or other diseases and increase in fat in the ovaries. By taking regular treatment, one gets relief from these diseases and menstruation starts.
Menstruation is obstructed due to improper digestion of food, excessive hard work and worry, eating cold things, physical weakness, excessive sexual intercourse, sleeping during the day and staying awake at night, eating incompatible food, consuming too hot things. Menstruation is obstructed due to lack of fresh air and sunlight.
Menstruation does not occur even after becoming pregnant. And menstruation usually does not occur while breastfeeding a small child. Menstruation does not occur naturally at this time. In such a situation, treatment is not required. Yes, if menstruation does not occur even after the children have grown up, then treatment must be done for it.
Treatment with different medicines-
1. Malkangni: By taking 3 grams of Malkangni seeds and consuming them with hot milk, even the menstruation that has been stopped for many days starts.
2. Sesame: Boil 10 grams of black sesame in a tinned vessel with 500 ml of water. When it is left in the amount of about 50 ml, mix old jaggery in it and drink it in the morning 5 days before menstruation, this will start menstruation. But keep in mind that its consumption should be stopped after menstruation starts.
3. White and red sandalwood: By making a decoction of white and red sandalwood and drinking it, even the foul-smelling and pus-filled menstrual discharge stops.
4. Borax: Grind 10 gram Borax, 10 gram Diamond Kasis, 10 gram Aloe Vera and 10 gram Asafoetida with water and make half gram tablets. Consume 1 tablet each in the morning and evening with carom seeds. Menstruation starts on time.
5. Carrot: Consuming carrot pak or carrot halwa also helps in getting menstruation on time.
6. Dry Ginger: Take 3-3 grams each of black cumin, dry ginger, aloevera, egg kernel and grind them well. Then heat it and apply it on the pelvis and vagina (genitals, private parts) for 4-5 days. Menstruation starts.
7. Alua: Grind Alua about 100 grams, Hira Kasis about 75 grams, Cinnamon 50 grams, Cardamom 50 grams, Gulkand 20 grams, mix all of them in Gulkand and make a pill and consume it. This cures the problem of excessive or less or irregular periods.
8. Majith: Grind Majith, Kalonji and Moor and consume it with lukewarm milk for 7 days, this will help in regular menstruation.
9. Coconut: Menstruation comes regularly by eating coconut.
10. Peas: Consuming peas in large quantity cures menstrual blockage.
11. Mustard: In case of menstrual problems, consuming 2 grams of ground mustard regularly in the morning before meals is beneficial.
12. Tulsi: Grind the Tulsi root after drying it in the shade and eat it in a quarter betel leaf. Unnecessary bleeding stops.
13. Neem: If there is pain in the thighs during menstruation, then drinking 6 ml of Neem leaf juice and 12 ml of ginger juice mixed in water gives instant relief from pain.
