Best yoga for healthy hair
Pawanmuktasana- Pavanmuktasana removes the polluted air of the body. This asana is done by lying on the back. First lie down in Shavasana. Join both the feet to each other, then join the hands to the waist. After that bend the knees and keep the toes on the ground. After this, slowly place both the knees on the chest. Hold the knees with both your hands.
Anulom-Vilom- To do Anulom-Vilom, sit on a mat or carpet and bend the left leg and place it on the right thigh and bend the right leg and place it on the left thigh. Now close the right nostril with the thumb of the right hand and inhale through the left nostril for a count of 5 and then close the left nostril with the two fingers next to the thumb. After that remove the thumb from the right nostril and exhale through the right nostril.
Manduki Mudra - For this Mudra, choose a place with a calm and clean environment. Sit in any comfortable posture in peace. Now close the mouth and roll the tongue on the palate and drink the drops falling from the Sahasrar with the tongue. This is the Manduki Mudra. Regular practice of this Mudra stops hair fall.
Kapalabhati - Sitting in Sukhasana or Padasana, keeping both hands in Gyan Mudra on the knees, throw the breath out with force. When the breath comes out, the stomach will go inwards rapidly. Keep exhaling with force again and again. With this, the breath will go inwards automatically. Do this activity 20 to 30 times in the beginning and finally exhale all the breath. Increase this process gradually. Practice it three times daily.
