Sarvangasana-
If you want to increase your weight quickly, then you should do Sarvangasana. In this, your body is at 45 degrees. For this, you have to lie down on the bed and lift your legs upwards and the rest of your body, waist and neck will all be downwards, only your feet will remain in the air.


Bhujangasana- This asana is very beneficial for you. In this asana, you have to hold yourself in such a way as if you are swinging on a swing. You have to lie upside down on the mat, in this your waist will be upwards and then you have to slowly lift your legs i.e.
bend them towards the waist, then take your hands from the side and hold both the toes, just as your body starts swinging on a swing. After this, lift your mouth as much upwards as possible.

Shwasana- This is an asana that not only relaxes your body but is also beneficial in increasing your weight.
This asana is also very easy to do. You have to lie down on the mat and your stomach will be upwards. After this, close your eyes and leave your hands and legs loose. If you want, you can do this asana for half an hour.
