Yogasanas For Facial Wrinkles

 


Everyone is cautious about the face because it increases the attraction. No one likes facial fat or any problem related to the face like wrinkles or fine lines. People try many things to reduce wrinkles and facial fat but sometimes they fail in this effort due to not knowing the right method. In such a situation, there are many such asanas which are beneficial for reducing facial fat and wrinkles. These asanas provide many other benefits to your body and keep the body fit and healthy.

Easy yoga for wrinkles

Sukhasana- To do this asana, sit in the position of Sukhasana and then pat the face with the fingers of both hands.
Do this process for about 10 minutes daily. This will tighten the skin of your face and along with wrinkles, the face will also become slim.

Vajrasana- To practice this asana, sit with your knees slightly open. Now open both paws and place them on the knees and inhale and take the tongue out.
Exhale while keeping the tongue out and make a lion-like neck. The tongue should be out during this entire process. You can do this asana 3 to 4 times daily.

Udan Mudra - To practice this asana, sit in Padmasana position.
Now except for the index finger, join the other three fingers with the tip of the thumb and stay in this position for a while. Practice this asana for 5 minutes daily.

Padmasana - To do this asana, you should move your mouth as much as you can. Move it like you move your mouth while eating chewing gum. This stretches the muscles of your face. You can practice Padmasana for 2 minutes daily.
