Pawanmuktasana- Pawanmuktasana is one of the easiest and most effective yoga postures. If you are suffering from constipation, then definitely practice this asana.
Lie on your back and bring your legs close to your chest.
Pull your head upwards and try to bring your knees and head closer.
Remain in this position for a few seconds and then come back to normal.
Kapalbhati- It gives special benefits in many stomach problems, especially constipation.
To do this, inhale through both nostrils, so that the stomach expands, then exhale with force.
The next time the breath will be drawn in automatically and the stomach muscles will also expand automatically.
Dhanurasana- It gives special benefits in many stomach problems, especially constipation.
To do Dhanurasana, lie down on the stomach and keep the chin on the ground.
Now bend the legs from the knees and hold the toes of the feet with both hands. Then inhale and keeping the arms straight, lift the head, shoulders, chest above the ground.
Keep breathing normal in this position and after waiting for four to five seconds, exhale slowly and first bring the chest, shoulders and chin towards the ground.
Release the toes and rest for some time. Repeat this process at least 3 times.
