Dhanurasana Yoga - Dhanurasana Yoga is very beneficial for increasing the glow of the skin.
Dhanurasana is a Sanskrit word, in which “Dhanur” means “bow”. In this asana, your position looks like a raised bow. This asana helps in stretching all the muscles in front of your body. To do this asana, spread a yoga mat and lie down on it on your stomach, keep both hands parallel to the body and bend the legs backwards. Now take your hands back and hold both the feet with both hands. Try to stay in this asana for 20 to 30 seconds. Finally, open both hands and come to your initial position. This yoga asana increases the glow of your skin.

Halasana- Halasana yoga is considered beneficial for beauty. In Halasana, the position of your body looks like a plough. This asana strengthens the spine, apart from this it eliminates other diseases like asthma, cough, diabetes and digestive problems. To do this asana, first of all spread a yoga mat and lie down with straight arms and legs.
Now bend both your legs from the waist and lift them up. Keep both your hands straight on the ground. Now try to slowly put both the feet on the ground behind your head. Do this position according to your ability and come back to your initial state. This yoga is considered very beneficial to bring glow on the face.

Uttanasana -
To do this asana, you have to bend forward while standing, so it is known as Standing Forward Bend Pose. This asana is also known as Uttanasana in Sanskrit.
This asana opens the legs, hips and back which helps you look attractive. This forward-bending pose promotes blood flow to the face, which is a very good yoga asana to make your skin glow. To do the Standing Forward Bend Pose, first of all stand straight on a yoga mat. Keep both your legs close together and straighten both your hands upwards, now slowly bend down from the waist and hold the toes of your feet with both your hands. Stay in Uttanasana Mudra for 60 to 90 seconds.

Trikonasana- The position of the person doing Trikonasana looks similar to a triangle.
This is actually the best yoga asana for glowing skin which opens up the lungs, chest and heart. It supplies more oxygen to the skin so the skin feels glowing and young again. To do this asana, spread a yoga mat at one place and stand straight with both your legs apart, bend towards your right leg and place your hand on the floor. Straighten the other hand upwards so that both hands are in a straight line. Stay in this asana for a few seconds to a minute.
