Every person is sensitive about his hair. Even if the hair is not black, he gets upset very quickly. If the problem of white hair persists in front of a person, then he also adopts different measures. Let us try to overcome the problem of white hair through yoga measures in this article.

Yoga to blacken hair

Ustrasana- People who do Ustrasana regularly, their thighs lose fat. It not only opens the hips but also stretches and strengthens the shoulders and back.
Doing it regularly keeps the hair black.

How to do Ustrasana- First of all, spread a mat in an open airy place and slowly sit by bending both the legs from the knees. This is exactly the same as you sit in the position of Vajrasana.
After this, slowly rise upwards on the knees. Now keep both the hands on the waist and bend backwards comfortably. Bending backwards, place the first hand on the first heel and the second hand on the heel of the other foot.

Trikonasana-
Trikonasana, also known as Triangle Pose, stimulates and improves blood circulation throughout the body. Doing this regularly strengthens the hips, back, arms, thighs and legs. Apart from this, it helps in removing fat from the waist and thighs and darkens the hair.


How to do Trikonasana- Keeping a distance of two to three feet between your feet, spread your arms up to the shoulders. After this, while inhaling, take your right arm above your head. Then while exhaling, bend your body to the left.
Do not bend your knees and do not let your hands move away from the ears. Note that the right arm should be parallel to the ground and the left arm should be parallel to the foot, but your arm should not rest on that foot.

Bhujangasana- Bhujangasana, also known as Cobra Pose, helps in increasing the muscles in the shoulders, chest and abdomen. Apart from this, it helps in blackening the hair and strengthens the arms and shoulders.

How to do Bhujangasana-
Lying on the stomach, spread the legs straight and long.
After this, slowly raise the head and shoulders above the ground and take the head as far backward as you can. One should try to raise the shoulders only with the help of the back without the help of the hands. Slowly bend the entire back upwards and backwards and make it round. The hands should be straight in this position.
