Tadasana Yoga - If you are troubled by foot pain, then Tadasana Yoga is a useful asana for you.
Tadasana should be done when there is a strain in the muscles of the stomach, hands and feet etc. With the regular practice of Tadasana, not only your body becomes balanced and flexible but it also increases the height of children and the treatment of foot pain is also hidden in this yoga.

How to do Tadasana Yoga-
To do Tadasana, you have to lift your heels upwards and feel that someone is pulling you upwards. In this, the entire weight of your body will be on your toes. In this state, stretch your body completely and slowly bring the heels back to the ground.
While doing Tadasana, inhale while getting up and exhale while coming down. Do Tadasana at least ten times at a time.

Pawanmuktasana Yoga- Pawanmuktasana Yoga strengthens our spine along with the muscles of the hands, back, waist and legs. All the parts of our feet are activated by this asana.
Regular practice of this gives relief from leg pain as well as relieves the problem of flatulence and constipation.

Process of doing yoga- To do Pawanmuktasana, lie down straight and then keep the knee of the right leg on your chest.
After this, hold your knees by putting the fingers of both hands in each other. Then put your knees to your chest and raise your head and touch your nose with your knees. Remain in this position while holding your breath for a few seconds and then come back to your old position i.e. straighten your legs.

Padangusthasana - If you are suffering from the problem of foot pain, then do Padangusthasana regularly. By doing this asana, you will get relief from the problem of foot pain. The practice of Padangusthasana gives strength to the front part of the feet and the ankles.
It cures flat feet.

Method of doing Yoga - Padangusthasana is a little difficult to do. Do this asana after continuous practice. To do Padangusthasana, first sit in a squatting position and lift your heels up. After this, raise your knees and bring your thighs to a horizontal position. Now place one leg on the thigh of the other leg. Initially practice this for a short time and gradually increase its time.
