Easy yoga asanas for back pain
Kandhrasana- In this asana, first lie down straight on a mat and then bend your knees and bring them near your buttocks. Keep the arms straight near the waist. Now in this position, lift your buttocks in the upward direction. During this, hold the breath. Now slowly return to the old position and keep exhaling. Do this asana 4 to 5 times daily.
Bhujang Asana- For this asana, first lie down straight. Keep the legs straight and bring the hands in line with the shoulders. Now with the help of your hands, lift the front part of your body up. Keep in mind that the back part of the body should touch the ground. Stay in this position for 3 to 4 minutes, but also keep in mind that the muscles should not get strained during this. Now slowly exhale and come back to the previous position.
Chakrasana- This asan is very comfortable in back pain. To do this, lie down straight on a mat and then lift your body up with the help of your hands and toes. During this, raise the waist as high as you can. After staying in this position for 1 or 2 minutes, exhale slowly and come back to the normal position. With this asan, the muscles of the waist become flexible and they also get strengthened.
