Introduction:-
Menorrhagia is if the blood comes in large quantity during menstruation, continues to come for many days, menstruation 2 times or more in 4 weeks, etc.
Causes:-
This disease is caused due to accumulation of blood in the ovary or the mouth of the uterus. Apart from this, this disease is also caused by excessive sexual intercourse, eating large amounts of nutritious food, many mental problems or repeated pregnancies, etc.
Symptoms
In this disease, the patient feels how tired she is or feels that she has done a lot of work. Her head remains heavy; headache persists; back and waist pain start; appetite decreases; feet become cold due to chills. Excessive bleeding causes pale face; eyes narrow; deafness; cold hands and feet; weak eyesight; slow pulse, etc.
Treatment of this disease with various medicines:-
1. Sabina- If a woman suffering from this disease is suffering from intermittent pain and at the same time is secreting bright red colour, then it is beneficial to use 3 x power of this medicine for the treatment of this disease.
2. Hamamelis- If the discharge is coming out in black colour, then 3 x power of Hamamelis medicine should be used for the treatment.
3. Arnica- If this type of discharge is coming out due to any kind of injury, then it is beneficial to use 3 x power of Arnica medicine to cure this disease.
4. Sikal- If this type of discharge is coming out from the uterus or after delivery, then it is advisable to use Sikal medicine for the treatment.
5. Chemo- If the discharge is black in colour, in the form of lumps and in large quantity, then Chemo medicine is very useful to cure this disease.
6. Bianca- Minor-If a woman continues bleeding for many days after menopause, it is beneficial to use 3 potency of this medicine to cure this disease.
7. Thlaspi-versa-pastoris-
3X potency of this medicine or its original tincture should be used, if there is no benefit from well chosen medicines in this disease.
If this disease has become chronic, it is beneficial to use Sepia 30 or Sulphur 30.
If there is excessive discharge from uterus, it is beneficial to use medicines like Hyosemus 3, Arge-Nitric 6 or Lacis 6 etc.
Important Tips-
Apart from the above medicines, various medicines like Calce-Carb 6, Aloe 3X, Ferrum 6, Thlaspi Juce, Sickel 6, Bell 3, Nitric-Acid 1, Embra 3, Halenium 1, Austilago 3, Hydrastis and PEEPAL LEAVES JUICE etc. can be used in this disease.
Precautions:-
In this disease, a woman should avoid doing hard physical and mental work.
If a menopausal patient has any disease which causes weakness or any metal related disease and she is strong, then dip her upto the waist in a tub filled with lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes and then wipe the body with a clean and dry towel.
