If you feel like vomiting during your journey, you can drink ginger tea and then go. Apart from this, as soon as you feel like vomiting, chew a small piece of ginger.

Make mint tea or just eating mint leaves can also stop vomiting.

Licking vinegar and black salt stops vomiting.

If you want, you can make tea by adding cinnamon and drink it.
For this, boil a small piece of cinnamon in water and add honey to it.

Vomiting occurs due to hyperacidity in the stomach. Boil rice in water and take out its water and cool it. Then consume that water.

Grate an onion and extract its juice.
Add a little black pepper to this juice and take one spoon of it every two hours.

Sucking ice is a beneficial treatment to stop frequent vomiting.

Keeping a slice of lemon with black salt in your mouth will prevent you from feeling like vomiting.


Drinking a glass of water with honey also helps in stopping vomiting.

If you feel like vomiting while travelling, chewing two cloves of garlic will give you relief.

As soon as you feel like vomiting, take out two cardamoms and eat them at that time to get relief. This will calm the acidity of the stomach and will also make it easier to digest food.
