Drink as much water as possible-
If you are suffering from arthritis, drink as much water as possible. Initially, you may have trouble urinating frequently, but you will get relief in a few days.
Juice of fresh bathua leaves-
Drink 15 grams of juice of fresh bathua leaves every day. Do not add anything to it for taste.
Drinking it on an empty stomach is more beneficial. Drinking it for three months gives relief from pain forever.
Aloe vera-
Cut the aloe vera leaf and apply its gel on the painful area. This will give you a lot of relief. Aloe vera gel is considered very beneficial for bone diseases and it is one of the most useful properties.
Potato juice-
If you have arthritis pain, extract the juice of two potatoes every day before eating and drink it. Drinking at least 100 ml of juice every day will give relief.
Consumption of dry ginger-
Consumption of dry ginger i.e. dry ginger gives relief in arthritis. You can cook it in any form and eat it like Harira or Laddu etc.
Massage with castor oil-
In case of severe pain, massage with castor oil, This gives relief from pain as well as reduces swelling.
Steam-
It is forbidden to apply hot fomentation in arthritis pain, but if you take steam, you will get relief. For this, soak a towel in lukewarm water and apply it on the painful area.
Consumption of green leafy vegetables-
An arthritis patient should always consume green leafy vegetables, This gives energy to the body and also does not cause pain.
Garlic-
Garlic is very beneficial in arthritis. Its consumption provides relief in arthritis. If you do not like to eat it, then take 2-2 grams of rock salt, cumin, asafoetida, peepal, black pepper and dry ginger and grind them well. Fry this paste in castor oil and keep it in a bottle. Apply it in case of pain. You will get relief.
Steam Bath-
If you have arthritis pain, take a steam bath and, immediately after that massage with olive oil. This will provide immense relief.
