If any person wants to succeed in any work, then first of all it is very important for his body to be healthy because success cannot be achieved unless health is good. The person who has good health, his brain, ability to think and understand and devotion towards work is good and only then that person is able to achieve success in doing any work. Therefore, a healthy life is the key to success.
Useful things for a healthy life
Water- To stay healthy, all people should get up from bed every morning and sit cross-legged for some time and drink at least 1 to 3 glasses of lukewarm water. To stay healthy, every person should drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water every day.
Exercise- To stay healthy, all people should exercise for half an hour every morning and go for a walk or jog. All people should do activities like Asanas, Surya Namaskar, gardening, swimming, exercise and sports, as a result of which health always remains good. After eating food, one should walk for at least 20 minutes, as a result of which health remains good.
Food - One should never eat more than hunger and should eat only as much as necessary. Food should be chewed well and eaten slowly and peacefully. Food should be eaten only twice a day. Food should be eaten at least between 8-10 am in the morning and between 5-7 pm in the evening. By doing this, health always remains good. Raw substances should be consumed more in food like sprouted things, fresh and leafy green vegetables, salad, fruit juice, water mixed with lemon and honey, fruits according to the season, etc. Buttermilk or curd should be used more in place of milk.
Things to use less-
Chilli-spices, pulses, ghee, ice cream, cream, salt, sweets, nuts and cooked things should be used very less in food.
One should not do heavy lifting work.
One should not do very strenuous exercise.
One should not wear high-heeled shoes.
One should not watch TV and movies too much.
Practice and regular routine-
To keep your eyes healthy, you should wash your eyes with Triphala water every morning and evening.
You should gargle with lukewarm water mixed with salt once a day, as a result of which your health remains good.
If you have constipation, you should do enema with lukewarm water for a few days continuously and clean your stomach.
You should massage your body at least once a week, as a result of which your body's health remains good.
You should try to be happy all the time and laugh and talk with everyone. Water should be splashed on the forehead or eyes twice a day and water should be splashed on the face as a result of which health remains good.
Some precautions-
Fruits and vegetables should be washed thoroughly before eating and the fruits which are to be eaten after peeling should be eaten after peeling. Any vegetable and fruit should be washed thoroughly before cutting because pesticides and other contaminated elements are deposited on them.
Watch TV and pictures etc. while sitting at a proper distance because it can damage the eyes.
