Treatment:
1. Barley: Grind dry barley and mix it with sesame oil and apply on penis to remove the defects of penis's senses.
Note: Do not massage on the front part of penis.
2. Ajwain: Grind 10-10 grams of Ajwain Khurasani and white mustard finely and sieve it and soak it in 200 ml water at night. In the morning, mash it with hands in water and wash penis with it to remove the defects of penis' senses.
3. Cumin: Grind 10-10 grams of camphor, cumin, mace and clove together and mix 40 grams of sugar in it. Then consume 5 grams of it with stale water to remove the defects of penis' senses.
4. Dhatura: Grind 5-5 grams of Dhatura seeds and Pellitory, 3 grams of opium and 20 grams of black pepper and filter it. Add 40 grams of sugar and water to it and make pea-sized pills. Take 1 pill with water in the morning and evening to remove the defects of the penis' senses.
5. Mustard: Filter the ground mustard in a cloth and mix it with Malkanghani oil and massage it to remove the defects of the penis' senses. Massage should not be done on the penis's head (front part of the penis).
6. Clove: To remove the defects of the penis' senses, put 20 grams of clove in 50 ml of sesame oil and burn it. When it cools down, massage it on the penis to remove the defects of the penis' senses.
7. Untkateri: Grind 3 grams of Untkateri root peel in 150 grams of water and massage it on the penis to get relief from the defects of the penis's sense organs.
8. Castor Oil: Mix 10 grams each of sesame, castor oil, carom seeds, Malakandhani, almond oil, clove, fish and cinnamon oil. After that, put 2-4 drops on the penis and massage, put betel leaves on top and tie it loosely on the penis with a thread.
9. Radish: Cook radish seeds in oil (by grinding) and massage that oil on the penis, it removes the looseness of the penis and creates excitement in it.
10. Watermelon: Extract the juice of watermelon kept in dew and drink it in the morning by adding sugar. This cures the wound of the penis and burning sensation during urine.
