Some Easy Home Remedies For Diabetes

 


The changing environment and lifestyle is rapidly increasing the number of diabetes patients in the city. Lack of control over food habits is also responsible for this. Diabetes patients always have problems like headache, fatigue. In diabetes, the amount of sugar in the blood increases. Although there is no permanent cure for it. But the disease can be completely controlled by changing lifestyle, education and improving eating habits.

Diabetes symptoms:-

1. Frequent urination.

2. Feeling very thirsty.

3. Dry throat even after drinking a lot of water.

4. Feeling very hungry even after eating food.

5. Nausea and sometimes vomiting.

6. Stiffness in hands and legs and tingling in the body.


7. Complaining of weakness and fatigue all the time.

8. Blurred vision.

9. Skin or urethral infection.

10. Dryness of skin.

11. Irritability.

12. Headache.

13. Low body temperature.

14. Muscle pain.

15. Weight loss.

Here are some easy home remedies to control diabetes:-

1.
Basil leaves contain antioxidants and essential oils which are helpful for insulin. So to reduce the sugar level, take two to three basil leaves daily on an empty stomach, or take one tablespoon of basil leaf juice.

2. Mix 10 mg of amla juice with 2 grams of turmeric powder.
Take this solution twice a day. This controls the amount of sugar in the blood.

3. Black berries are considered to be a surefire medicine for diabetes patients. Diabetic patients should eat berries with black salt. This controls the amount of sugar in the blood.


4. Use one gram of cinnamon in your daily diet for about a month, this will help in controlling weight along with reducing blood sugar level.

5. Bitter gourd is used as a medicine for diabetes. Its bitter juice reduces the amount of sugar.
Therefore, its juice should be drunk daily. Diabetes can be cured quickly and permanently by boiled bitter gourd water.

6. Fenugreek seeds are very important for the treatment of diabetes, it also cures chronic diabetes. Fenugreek powder should be taken every morning with two teaspoons of water on an empty stomach.


7. Cut 5-6 ladyfingers and soak them overnight in a glass or porcelain vessel, filter this water in the morning and drink it.

8. Diabetic patients should regularly drink two teaspoons of neem and four teaspoons of banana leaf juice.


9. Green tea is also considered very beneficial in diabetes. It is said that green tea contains polyphenols which are strong anti-oxidants and hypo-glycemic elements, the body is able to use insulin properly.

10. Moringa leaves contain four times more calcium and twice the protein than milk.
In diabetes, consuming these leaves helps in digestion of food and reducing blood pressure. Its regular consumption also provides benefits.

11. Mix one tomato, one cucumber and one bitter gourd and extract juice. Take this juice every morning on an empty stomach.
It is very beneficial in diabetes.

12. Wheat plants have disease-fighting properties. Diabetes remains under control by extracting juice from small wheat plants and consuming it daily.

13. Diabetic patients are advised to eat a little less and light food than hunger.
In such a situation, hunger should be satiated by eating cucumber and squeezing lemon.

14. Turnip is also very important in diabetes treatment. The use of turnip also reduces the amount of sugar in the blood. Apart from this, the diabetic patient should also use more of ridge gourd, gourd, parwal, spinach, papaya etc.


15. Grind 6 bael leaves, 6 neem leaves, 6 basil leaves, 6 green leaves of baganbelia, 3 whole black pepper fresh leaves and take with water on empty stomach and after consuming do not eat anything for at least half an hour, its regular consumption also normalizes the sugar.
