Friends, it is common for mothers and sisters to have problems related to menstruation. Often, menstruation becomes irregular, that is, sometimes bleeding becomes too much and sometimes it does not happen at all! And sometimes it also happens that it should happen for 2-3 days but happens for only 1 day, and sometimes it comes again after 15 days! And sometimes it does not come for 2 months!

So friends, for all the problems of irregularity of menstrual cycle, there is a very good and beneficial medicine in our Ayurveda and that is the chutney of Ashoka tree leaves!
Yes remember one thing, there are two types of Ashoka tree, one is straight and very tall, most of the people consider it to be Ashoka, but it is not, there is another one which is completely round and spread out, that is the real Ashoka tree in whose shade mother Sita stayed.

So break 5-6 leaves of this real Ashoka tree, grind them and make chutney, now boil it in one to one and a half glass of water for some time! Boil it so much that half to three quarters of a glass of water remains!
Then leave it to cool down completely and then drink it without filtering it! It is best to drink it in the morning on an empty stomach! For how many days?? Drink it continuously for 30 days, it cures all kinds of diseases related to menstruation (periods)!

This is the only very beneficial medicine! Which has no side effects! And if some mothers and sisters get only a little relief by taking it for 30 days, but not much, then they can take it for another 30 days.
By the way, the problem gets cured by taking it for only 30 days.

So friends, this was about irregularity in menstruation. Now let's talk about the pain during periods. Many times mothers and sisters get a lot of pain in different parts of the body at such times.
Sometimes back pain, headache, stomach pain, back pain, pain in thighs, pain in breasts, dizziness, insomnia, restlessness, etc. So avoid taking strong painkillers in such cases because they have a lot of side effects. They will cure one disease but will cause 10 more. Many painkillers which are sold in India have been banned in foreign countries for 20 years.

So Ayurveda also has instant relief medicines for such pains which have no side effects. So the best medicine for pain during periods is cow ghee, that is, ghee of desi cow!
Add one spoon of desi cow ghee to a glass of hot water and drink it! First heat a glass of water very well, like you heat it for tea, till it boils completely!

Then add one spoon of desi cow ghee to it, then drink it when it cools down a little, drink it in sips like tea!
Drink it sip by sip! You will get instant relief and drink it continuously for 4-5 days, as long as periods last, do not drink it for more than that! It gives instant relief for all kinds of pains during periods, there is a different medicine for normal pains!

Remember one thing, ghee should be of desi cow only, not of foreign Jersey, Holstein, Friesian buffalo!! The identity of a Desi cow is that it has a round back and a thick hump. Try to find a Desi cow around your house.
Bring its milk and make ghee yourself. Do not trust the ghee sold by companies in the market. Or the biggest Gaushala of India named Pathmeda Gaushala is in Rajasthan. There are more than 2 lakh Desi cows here. Buy their ghee. It is made entirely from the milk of Desi cows. It is available in big cities.

And finally, as long as you have menstruation in your life, you should regularly consume lime. What kind of lime? Wet lime, which is available from paan wala.
How much to take? As much as a wheat grain. How to take? It is better to take it in the morning on an empty stomach and finish the work. Heat half a glass of water lightly, add lime equal to a wheat grain, stir it with a spoon and drink it.

Apart from this, you can consume it in curd, juice, just keep one thing in mind, if you have problem of stones, do not consume lime!! This lime is very good, very beneficial for all kinds of problems occurring during menstruation!! Apart from this, avoid eating junk food, go for regular walks, do yoga!
