Many people complain of high or low blood pressure (BP). Although, low or high BP is an imaginary thing, but if this thing has settled in your mind, if you feel or doctors are saying so, then according to Baghbhatt ji, the acidity of your blood has increased.
Now, if the acidity of the blood has increased, then eat more alkaline things. The best alkaline thing is fenugreek, fenugreek vegetable or fenugreek seeds. You can eat any of the two. The second alkaline thing is carrot and the third thing is any fruit without water or in other words, any fruit which does not have juice like apple or banana, guava, all these are alkaline.
Among vegetables, spinach is alkaline. Brinjal is alkaline. Bottle gourd and raw duddi, it is even better if you drink the juice of duddi, all these are alkaline. Potato is neither alkaline nor acidic, it is neutral. The vegetables or spices which are alkaline, There is nothing more alkaline than bottle gourd. BP patients should consume only those things, this will reduce acidity, blood pressure, triglyceride, obesity and all the diseases caused by acidity will be reduced.
How to eat fenugreek seeds
Put 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in a glass of warm water at night and chew it in the morning. This will cause saliva to form very fast in your mouth which is alkaline and will reduce acidity after going into the stomach.
How to eat carrots
Grate carrots and eat them every morning on an empty stomach, to your full stomach. Do this for 3 months continuously. After that, you can eat 2-3 Indian gooseberries daily for the next 3 months. Then eat carrots for the next 3 months. According to Ayurveda, one should not eat anything continuously for more than 3 months.
And eat fenugreek, spinach, all green leafy vegetables are alkaline and eat them as much as possible.
By consuming them, not only will blood pressure go down but cholesterol will also go down, triglyceride will go down, obesity will go down and finally you will never get a heart attack. If there is a blood blockage somewhere, that will also go away.
