The best vessel for cooking food is earthen pot and after that the next best metal is bronze and the third best metal is brass. Then research was done on lentils cooked in bronze and brass utensils and it was found that only 3% of its micronutrients are reduced and the rest 97% remain the same. If cooked in a brass vessel, only 7% are reduced and 93% remain the same. But in the food cooked in a pressure cooker, only 7% remains.
Now you decide that if you want quality in life, then you will have to go towards earthen pot. If you want that whatever you are eating should give nutrition to the body, then you will have to go towards earthen pot. That means you will have to return from India to Bharat. Right now we are in the India made by the British, we will have to leave this India and travel to Bharat.
And when this thing started being told in every village, the respect of potters has increased in the village. People feel that potters are doing a great job for us. Even though they are making earthen pots, they are doing a great scientific work. They are no less than any Pandit. And the interesting thing is that they are making the pot for you for only 20-25 rupees, even then the pressure cooker costs 250 rupees. And the biggest thing is that when this pot is finished, it will again mix with the soil and then the same soil will make a pot. There is no such thing in the world. The pot is biodegradable but the cooker is not. So you should try to bring a pot to your house.
Some patients came to Rajiv ji saying that they have this or that disease, so he flatly refused to give them medicine, he said that you should start eating dal made in an earthen pot. If you want to eat rice, then eat rice cooked in a clay pot. If you don't do this, then go to America, Canada, Germany, spend lakhs of rupees and come back, but it is of no use, in the end you will have to do this.
He says that he has chronic diabetes patients whose sugar level is above 480 units and there are more than 100 such patients, so they were told to bring clay pots and start using them, they have been eating dal cooked in clay pots, rice cooked in clay pots and khichdi regularly for 8 months. And now he has even brought a clay pan to his house to make rotis. Bajra roti is made very well on a clay pan. So after 8 months, sugar test of all the patients was done, the patient whose sugar level was 480 units, today his sugar level is 180 units. That too without any injection, without any tonic and without homeopathy.
Then everyone accepted that Vagbhata was really a great man who wrote this sutra about the earthen pot. He wrote a sutra that do not eat any food which is neither exposed to sunlight nor wind while cooking. In today's language, do not eat food in a pressure cooker because it neither has sunlight nor wind.
The cooker is made of aluminium and thousands of years ago we could also have made aluminium because it is made from bauxite and India is full of bauxite reserves. Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, everywhere there are huge reserves of bauxite. If there is bauxite, then making aluminium is not a difficult task. But we did not make it because there was no need for it.
We made the earthen pot and did all the experiments and research on it. That is why a very large group of potters was created in this country who have to make earthen utensils. Now these potters are such great scientists of this country, who have been making earthen pots for thousands of years to protect our health and we have made them of a low caste. How foolish people we are.
If the company that is making pressure cookers is such a high-class man, then how did this potter become low. The feeling of high and low that we have put in this country has destroyed the truth of this country. This high and low was first put in by the British and before them by the Muslims and after the Muslims and the British left, we black British made it so firm that the potter is a backward class in this country. The one who is doing the greatest scientific work in this country, makes earthen pots and selects the soil to ensure that your micronutrients and trace elements do not get reduced.
You should know that utensils are not made from every type of clay. There is a special type of clay which is used for making clay, and there is another special type of clay from which pots are made and in another type of clay pots are made, in the third special type of clay something else is made. Identifying the clay that it has this much calcium, this much magnesium, so make pots from it and this much calcium, magnesium is in it, make pots from it, this is a very delicate and scientific work. Potters have been doing all this for thousands of years, they are doing it without studying in any university, so we should bow down to them and salute them for how great they are. Unfortunately, in the government's category, they come under the backward category.
So the topic of clay is mentioned here because in the utensils made from it, everything about micronutrients remains normal. That is why the use of aluminium utensils is less in our country. We do not make them for God and food is not cooked in metal utensils. In all temples, the offerings are mostly given in earthen pots.
So you also take out the pressure cooker and bring an earthen pot, now you will say that the dal will take longer to cook but this is the principle of cooking, what takes longer to cook in the field will also take longer at home. Now you have to do time management, so put the dal in an earthen pot and then keep doing the rest of the work, the dal will cook in an hour or two. Your other work will also be done and the dal will also cook, then take the dal out and eat it.
So according to Vagbhatt ji's formula, cook food in such a vessel in which sunlight also comes in and the touch of wind also comes in, so this is possible only when you cook food in an open vessel and that open vessel is just an earthen pot.
