What Is Constipation

Constipation affects more intellectuals than any other disease. Constipation means – not passing stools on time, less bowel movements, lumps in stools, not having a clear bowel movement regularly, not passing stools regularly, stools produced after digestion of food not being completely clean, not feeling light and clean after passing stools, etc.

How does constipation occur? –
The stools formed at different times due to food eaten repeatedly at different times do not come out completely when one goes to the toilet. After some stools are removed, the remaining stools keep accumulating in the intestines.
In this way, the stomach is always full of stools. When someone observes fasts, no new stools are formed in the stomach, but a lot of stools come out when one has a natural bowel movement or takes an enema.

Diseases caused by constipation – Due to constipation, the stools accumulated in the stomach rot due to the heat and moisture of the intestines, and dirty air is produced. The blood becomes impure when the dirty juice of the collected stool is absorbed by the intestines and mixed with the blood.
This creates dirt, air and germs in the body and causes different types of diseases. Just as the head becomes heavy and breathing becomes difficult due to the smell of stool lying on the road, similarly the stool lying in the intestines destroys the cheerfulness and enthusiasm of the body due to its rotting and smell. Many symptoms like guilt in the mind, laziness, salivation and foul smell from the mouth, feeling of fever, lack of appetite, headache etc. appear. Piles and sciatica are caused due to continuous constipation.
