Worries create mental stress. In our daily lives, we have to worry about many things. How much we are saddened by worries depends on our nature and tolerance. One person does not care about even the biggest worries, while another becomes worried and impatient over trivial matters. Whatever it may be, we all consider the cause of worry to be that about which we are worried. But this is our mistake, our foolishness, because if we think a little deeply, we will find the root cause of worry to be something else. Just understand this.
Actually, the cause of worry is lack of self-confidence and faith in God. Whatever work we do with worry, it will be done in a dilemma due to lack of self-confidence and not knowing whether the work will be done or not. Due to this, our efficiency and working methods will become faulty. Secondly, in the absence of faith in God, we consider ourselves to be connected to whatever is happening or is likely to happen and become worried and sad, whereas the only thing in our control is to do our work.
It is not in our hands to get the result of our work according to our wish, otherwise everyone in the world would get the result according to their own wish. Those who have unbroken, unwavering and unquestionable faith in God in their hearts, they never get worried for any reason because they accept every situation as God's will and agree to it. The omnipresent Almighty God takes care of the one who does not worry himself, just like parents take care of their innocent and dependent child, but when that child becomes self-reliant after growing up and starts taking care of himself, then the parents do not worry about him that much. Self-confidence, faith in God comes into character through constant sadhna. It is necessary to remove the mental stress caused by the burden of worries.
