1. There are only three diseases in our body, Vata, Pitta and Kapha. If there is pain anywhere in the body, in the stomach, head, legs, etc., then it is Vata disease. If there is burning sensation anywhere in the body, in the stomach, chest, etc., then it is Pitta disease. If there is laziness or heaviness in the body, then it is Kapha disease.
2. If there is pain anywhere in the body, massage with oil. Vata will calm down.
3. If there is burning sensation anywhere in the body, then increase the use of ghee in food and massage. This will calm down Pitta.
4. If there is laziness or heaviness in the body, then increase the use of jaggery and honey. This will calm down Kapha.
Special - Most of the diseases come in our body when our hunger stops or decreases. If our hunger has decreased (meaning the previous food is not digested) then the best remedy for this is to fast or skip 1 or 2 meals. Always eat only when you are hungry. Always eat less at night.
Special - If we feel like eating or not, then don't/don't eat. If we feel like going to the toilet or not, then we should definitely go.
If we feel like drinking water or not, then we should definitely drink it.
