1. Rainwater is often full of pollutants. Shampoo your hair 2-3 times a week to remove any dirt and contaminants from your hair.

2. Using a conditioner is a must during this season. Whenever you shampoo your hair, use a conditioner containing olive oil and argan oil.

3. Oil your hair regularly, but don’t keep it on for too long as it may irritate your scalp.


4. Use hair products that do not contain alcohol.

5. Rinse your hair with diluted apple cider vinegar after bathing. This will add shine to your tangled hair.

6. Cut the ends of your hair. If you notice any damage on the ends of your hair, cut them off.
If you don’t cut those ends, they will separate completely up the hair shaft, causing further damage to your hair.

Diet Plan

1. Hair gets damaged easily during the rainy season. Eat plenty of protein during this season. Protein will strengthen your hair follicles and make them strong and unbreakable.

2. Eat soybeans and soy products like tofu, soy milk.

3. Include blueberries in your diet. Blueberries help in hair growth and prevent premature graying.

4. Eat guavas and guava leaves. Guava leaves contain vitamin C, which helps in increasing collagen activity which helps in hair growth in a fast and healthy way.

5. Include almonds, walnuts and dates in your diet. These are rich sources of essential fats and antioxidants, which promote hair growth.
