Vrajasana: Sitting on the ground with legs spread, bend one leg and stand on the ground near the knee and pull the other hand backwards and bend the long leg near the knee over the knee of the other hand and bend the waist. Remain stable in the same position for 10 breaths. Do the same on the other side. Shashakasana: In Vajrasana, keep the hands upwards and head on the ground and stay in this position for 10 breaths and exhales and then get up. Bhujangasana: Lying on the stomach, keep the palms of both hands under the record and place them above the head, neck, chest and navel, take 10 breaths and do it 3 times. Ardhashalabhasana: Lying on the stomach with hands close to the body, the hormones are reduced to a great extent by some selected asanas and pranayama of yoga practice for cancer. It is necessary to do the following yoga regularly for about three months and practice by giving up the habit of sleeping on the left side and stomach. Anulom-Vilom: Sit with your back straight, take a long deep breath slowly from one nostril, exhale from the other and again inhale and exhale from the first one. Repeat 10 times.
