Along with consuming a balanced diet, drink sufficient water. Consumption of vitamins keeps hair healthy. Tie your hair: If you have long hair, keep it tied. You can also make a pony or a bun according to your choice. By making a bun, the hair will not be exposed to direct sunlight. Along with this, you can also wear a scarf or hat to protect your hair from the sun. Massage your hair: Massage the scalp with jojoba oil to make the hair soft, smooth and silky.
