Introduction:-
When tumors appear in the membrane inside the nose due to any reason, it is called 'nasal polypus'. The tumors are swollen like a lump of mucus membrane. The tumors are smooth, soft, bluish white in color and variable in their place. Sometimes, pus is formed in these tumors, due to which the patient is very troubled especially in breathing. Mostly, this disease is caused by allergies, sinus and aspin etc.
Symptoms:-
The nose is blocked due to nasal polypus. Due to this disease, when the patient talks, it seems as if he is talking through the nose. In this disease, the patient breathes through the mouth due to trouble in breathing through the nose. His mouth opens and he has trouble swallowing thin things. In this disease, the outer skin of the place in the nostril in which the tumor appears increases. He is not able to smell anything due to the tumor inside the nose. He feels headache and pain and heaviness near the nose.
Treatment by different medicines:-
1. Thuja- Thuja 30 should be taken to cure tumors and mother tincture of Thuja should be applied in the nose.
2. Formica Rufa- In case of tumor appearing in the nasal membrane, 1x of this medicine should be taken. It is beneficial.
3. Phosphorus- If tumor has appeared in the nose and blood comes out of it, then Phosphorus 3 should be taken. It helps to stop bleeding and tumors also get cured.
4. Psorinum and Teucrium- If nasal polypus becomes chronic, then taking Psorinum 30 is very effective. In this disease, mother tincture of Teucrium also provides relief.
5. Sanguinaria:-
Taking 1x of this medicine and applying the powder of this medicine is beneficial for nasal polypus.
In this disease, CALCA-CARB, KALI-BI, MERC-AID and opium can also be used.
Some other treatments with the use of different medicines:-
If the patient, suffering from this disease, is allergic to anything, he should avoid that allergic things.
Take sufficient amount of liquid material.
To eliminate the swelling inside the nose, take vapor from the nose and practice breathing daily.
Precautionary:-
Do not try to bring out the nasal polypus by yourself. Do not take alcohol and other intoxicants in this disease and treat this disease immediately as per the doctor's advice.
