Introduction:-
Due to spermatocele and syphilis, the testicles and its outer membranes swell with irritation. In case of irritation of the testicles, white material comes out with urine. Gradually, the testicles become larger after inflammation (swelling). Well, in case of inflammation of the testicles, the sufferer does not feel any discomfort (difficulty), but if the swelling persists for a long time, pus is produced in the testicles.
Underdeveloped Testicles:-
In children, if the testicles do not grow completely, they remain low in height. Thus, in obstruction of the growth of the testicles, 0.30 gram of Aurum-Met 3 should be taken. It helps in the complete development of the testicles.
Use of various medicines in this disease:-
1. Pulsatilla:-
In the initial stage (acute) of this disease, use this medicine to cure it. If the testicles are swollen due to suppression of gonorrhea using any type of medicine, then taking Pulsatilla 30 is very effective.
If the testicles have enlarged, feel painful by touching them, have turned black in colour, the pain is in the vas deferens or ductus deferens which is carried to the thighs, etc., Pulsatilla can be used for its treatment. If this disease has occurred due to suppression of gonorrhea and yellowish blue fluid has been secreted before the suppression, then taking Pulsatilla 30 is very useful.
2. Aconite- If the patient remains in fever with swelling of the testicles and he feels uneasy, then Aconite 30 should be used for the treatment of this disease. In case of acute testicular orchitis, Pulsatilla 3x or Aconite 6 should be used, especially in case of fever. It eliminates irritation and its swelling.
3. Belladonna:- In case of orchitis of testicle, if the nervous system becomes very much disturbed (excited) with violent pains, Belladonna should be taken.
If the testicles have become hot and red with its swelling, Belladonna should be used to remove swelling and redness.
4. Clematis:- If the testicles are swollen due to suppuration of gonorrhoea, first of all, take Pulsatilla. If it does not have any effect, take Clematis 3 to 30. If the patient feels great difficulty, cold, the testicles become hard (hard), there is pain, and the symptoms of the disease are aggravated by the warmth of the bed at night, etc., Clematis 3 to 30 should be taken.
If the testicles have become swollen due to spermatorrhea with burning sensation in it, Clematis 3 to 6 should be taken.
5. Merc-Bin- If the disease has occurred due to syphilis, taking Merc-Bin 2x is very useful.
6. Rhododendron- In case of chronic testicular orchitis, when the testicles become hard (hard) after swelling and drying up and the patient feels as if the testicles have been crushed by any object, taking Rhododendron 6 is very useful.
7. Aurum-Met- If chronic testicle orchitis affects the right vas deferens with pain, then Aurum-Met 30 should be used.
8. Spungia:- If the swelling of the testicle becomes hard, then taking Spungia 3 to 30 is very useful, especially in the chronic stage of orchitis of testicle. Taking Spungia 3 to 30 is also very useful in cases like- swelling of vas deferens, neuralgia (pain in testicle), etc.
In the chronic stage of orchitis of testicle, if the patient feels pain like a needle sensation, then using Spungia 2x is beneficial.
Apart from the above medicines, other medicines can also be used- Arnica 6, Silica 6, Hepar 30, Sepia 30, Sulphur 30 or Merc 3, etc.
9. Aurum-Met:- In case of pain in testicles, taking Aurum-Met 30 is very effective.
If the pain occurs in testicles like neuralgia, then it is advisable to use Aurum-Met 200.
10. Hamamelis:- If symptoms like- nightfall, sadness, irritation, anxiety related to health, etc. are found in the patient due to testicular pain, then using Hamamelis 6 is very effective.
If the testicle is swollen with fever and the patient does not feel better with the toughness of the testicle, then Hamamelis 2x should be taken and its mother tincture should be applied on the testicles after mixing it in water 15 times.
11. Konayam:- Konayam 30 to 200 potency can be used to eliminate the symptoms of weakness of the body and lack of sensation caused by stagnation of blood in the processor duct of the testicle.
This medicine is used for the treatment of inflammation and irritation of testicles caused due to impotency. For this purpose, 3rd strength of this medicine should be used.
12. Undeveloped testicles:- In children, if the testicles do not grow completely, they remain short in height. Thus, in obstruction in the growth of testicles, 0.30 gm of Aurum-Met 3 should be taken. It helps in the complete development of testicles.
