Introduction:-
A prostate gland is found in male which surrounds the neck of the urinary bladder, through which, the urethra passes. A tube is connected with the urethra which carries urine from the bladder to the penis. In men, prostate gland related troubles start after 50 years which is the follow up of prostate gland enlargement, inflammation or cancer of the prostate gland.
Causes:-
The main reason for enlargement of prostate gland is getting imbalance in hormones. This also happened due to aging, overgrowth of swelling, inflammation and irritation in the gland, bacterial infection, etc. This disease can also be caused due to stone formation in urethra, retention of urine, infection while copulation, hereditary causes, hormones, sex related diseases, sex related diseases, etc.
Symptoms:-
Enlargement of testicles, urination involuntarily, suppression of urine for some time and then resumes, slow urination even after applying force, incomplete urination, frequent urination at night, urine coming in red colour, etc. are the symptoms of this disease. Burning sensation in urethra, fever, shivering, pain in prostate gland, slight pain in lower segment (region) of waist, feeling pain while urinating, pain in penis and reproductive organs, red urine coming with offensive smell, etc. are also symptoms found in the patient. Mostly, symptoms like- cancer, feel a hard gland below the abdomen, pain while urinating, frequent urination, urethral infection, low body weight, blood loss (anemia), inflammation of bladder, etc. are found in this disease.
Burning, itching sensation and eruption on penis:-
1. Coca and Cocaine- If the patient feels as if his penis is not present in its place, then giving him coca 3 or cocaine is very effective.
2. Creosote- If symptoms like burning sensation in penis while having intercourse, swelling in the next morning, etc. are found in the patient, Creosote 3 to 30 should be taken.
3. Magnesia Mur- If the patient suffering from burning sensation in his penis feels constant erection of penis in the morning, then Magnesia Mur 30 or 200 should be used.
4. Pariyara- This medicine works better on the urinary system. Glen penis pain, itching sensation occurs near the reproductive organs and ureters get swollen. Thus, Pariyara 3 should be taken to eliminate such symptoms of the patient.
5. Agnus Cactus or Lycopodium- If the patient feels that his sexual power is lost or penis gets excited at the time of intercourse, then Agnus Cactus 6 or + 30 is used.
6. Graphites- In case of herpes-like eruptions on reproductive organs, Graphites 30 should be taken.
7. Causticum- In case of feeling itching sensation on reproductive organs, taking Causticum 3 to 30 is beneficial.
Pain of reproductive organs:-
1. Ignatia- If the patient feels pain in his reproductive organs while coughing, then using Ignatia 30 or 200 is very effective.
2. Digitalis- In case of feeling pain in reproductive organs after emission, Digitalis 3 to 30 can be used.
3. Capsicum- In case of gonorrhoea, if the patient feels pain and excitement in his reproductive organs, then Capsicum 3 to 6 is used.
4. Nux-vomica- In case of pain with excitement of penis in the morning, taking Nux-vomica 30 is very useful.
5. Kalli-Carb- To remove weakness and pain of penis coming due to delayed emission, Kalli-Carb 6x or 30 should be used.
Habit of pulling penis in children:-
1. Merc-Sol- If a child pulls his penis, giving Merc-Sol 30 is very useful for him.
2. Cantharis- If Merc-Sol fails, Cantharis 30 should be used for the same purpose.
Small penis:-
1. Nuphar Luteum- If the patient has no desire for intercourse, flaccidity of penis, emission while passing urine or ejaculation, discharge with prostate gland, feeling pain in glans penis or in testicles, etc., 3 to 6 potency of this medicine should be used in such symptoms.
2. Ignatia- In case of small penis, take Ignatia 30.
3. Lycopodium- If the penis has become small due to masturbation, then taking Lycopodium 30 is beneficial.
4. Agnus Cactus- In case of loose penis, taking 6 potency of this medicine is very useful.
Fixation of the covering skin of glans penis:-
1. Merc-Iodide- If a person complains of such symptom, then he should take Merc-Iodide 2x.
2. Nitric-Acid- If the covering skin of glans penis is fixed due to inflammation of top region of penis, then Nitric-Acid 6 should be taken.
3. Sulphur- If pus starts forming with the fixation of this covering skin, then taking Sulphur 30 is very useful.
4. Hepar-sulphur- If the patient feels pain in his penis along with formation of pus, then Hepar-sulphur should be used for his treatment.
Inflammation of glans penis:-
1. GRAPHITIS- In case of swelling of the glan penis and formation of blisters on the penis, using Graphitis 30 is very effective.
2. RHUS-TOX- If the glan penis becomes red after swelling with pain in it, then RHU-TOX 30 should be used for its treatment.
3. CINNABERIS- If the covering skin of the glan penis becomes swollen, warts appear on it with bleeding or if the testicles become enlarged, etc., using Cinnaberis 3x is very effective.
Itching sensation on the skin of penis:-
1. Sinneberis- If itching sensation occurs on the skin of pen, use of Sinneberis 3x is beneficial.
2. RHUS-TOX- If the patient feels itching sensation on his penis and when he scratches, it gets excited, RHU-TOX 30 should be taken.
