Introduction:-
In men, the low ability to have sexual intercourse or the ability to finish sexual intercourse is called 'impotence'. Due to this disease, the man has no ability to make a woman pregnant. Mostly, this disease occurs due to lack of sexual intercourse or due to masturbation.
In this disease, the sufferer is able to enjoy fully while engaging in sexual intercourse. At this time, does the emission happen quickly or the penis becomes loose.
Causes:-
More than impotence is caused due to old age, diabetes, loose nerves that make the penis erect (straight), lack of hormones, excess use of medicines that increase sexual power, too much masturbation, etc. Mostly, it occurs due to mental blockage.

1. Seal Serolata- If sexual capacity has diminished due to weakness, it is beneficial to use 5 to 10 drops of mother tincture of this medicine. It is used to remove impotency caused due to masturbation and involving too much in sexual intercourse.
2. Terena-sativa- If this disease is caused due to too much mental work, doing unnatural sex, irritating the reproductive organs irregularly, etc., the mother tincture of this medicine is very useful to cure this disease. 5 drops of this medicine should be used twice a day.
3. Agnus-cactus- Taking Agnus-cactus 2x or 3 times a day is very effective in acute impotency.
4. Lycopodium- If impotency becomes chronic, Lycopodium 30 to 200 can be used.
5. Acid-Phos- If impotency has occurred due to involving ness in sexual intercourse, then using Acid-Phos 2x is very effective.
6. Anacardium- If this disease has occurred due to masturbation or involving sexual intercourse with a prostitute, then taking Anacardium 6 is very useful to cure this disease.
7. Agnus-Cactus- In the initial stage of this disease, Agnus-Cactus 2x or 3 is very useful.
8. Staphysagria- If teasing the penis a lot, thinking dirty things all the time, desire for sexual intercourse, weakness of the body, backache, shyness, etc. symptoms are found in the patient, using Staphysagria 3 to 30 is very effective to cure such symptoms.
9. Phosphoric-Acid- In case of impotency due to too much involvement in sexual intercourse with women, Phosphoric-Acid 1 or 3 is used. It cures this disease and increases the capacity for sexual intercourse.
10. Hypericum or Arnica- If impotency has occurred due to injury, taking Arnica 3 or Hypericum 1x is very useful.
Apart from the above medicines, other medicines can also be used to get additional benefits such as Cuprum-acetic 6x, Nux-vomica 30, Conium 3, Acid-nitric 3 to 30, Selenium 6, Phospho 200, Sulphur 6 to 200, Gels 1x to 30 or Kelp-carb 30, etc.
11. Phosphorus:- If a person is physically and mentally lascivious and due to which, he is suffering from impotency, then Phosphorus 30 to 200 should be used for its treatment.
If impotency has occurred due to too much masturbation, then this medicine should also be used. If a person gets erudition in a normal way and has suffered from impotency due to looseness of the testicles, then he should take Konyam.
12. Lycopodium- This medicine is known to be very effective in impotency. If a person marries 2 or more times and still, he cannot make a woman pregnant, then Lycopodium is very useful for them. In case of impotency, Lycopodium 30, 200 or 1 m should be taken. It is also very useful in impotency caused by masturbation or unnatural sex. If the penis remains small, feels too much sexual excitement, sometimes as the sexual excitement he becomes unable to stand it and due to which, there is less ejaculatory power, etc., Lycopodium should be taken. First, its lower potency should be used and if it fails then higher potency of this medicine can be used.
13. Agnus-Cactus- People who lead a very sensual life in their younger age and after 60 years they become physically incapable and the emission takes place by itself due to impotency then Agnus-Cactus 1 or 6 will be useful for such people.
14. Graphites- If a person feels too much sexual excitement, he should take this medicine. If the patient does not get pleasure or emission takes place while having sexual intercourse, which troubles him, Graphites 30 or 200 should be used to remove this type of impotency.
15. Calcarea-Carb- To cure impotency caused due to too much involvement in sexual intercourse, Nux-Vomica, Sulphur, Calcarea-Carb, etc. are used. When a person feels much sexual enthusiasm, but only mentally, he has less physical enthusiasm; he has desire for sexual intercourse but no physical desire, etc. then Calcarea-Carb is very useful for him. In this condition, if he indulges in sexual intercourse, the penis becomes loose or emission takes place early or before orgasm or emission takes place incompletely, etc., using Calcarea-Carb 30 or 200 is very effective. In this way, sometimes the suffering person starts living alone after becoming hopeless. If he wants to indulge in sexual intercourse then headache starts, legs get weak and weakness comes. Thus, Calcarea-Carb is very useful to remove such symptoms.
16. Selenium and Sulphur- If the patient feels weakness due to too much involvement in sexual intercourse and wants to sleep, but the weakness continues even after waking up; he does not feel any type of nervous fatigue; his health becomes worse after masturbation, sexual intercourse with a woman or night, etc.; he becomes irritable temperament due to emission; not able to think properly, headache; weakness comes to his spinal cord and it seems as if it is attacked by paralysis; prostate secretion starts on its own; emission due to dreaming obscene (indecent) dreams; emission occurs at the time of ejaculation, urination, etc. Thus, Selenium 30 or Sulphur 30 should be taken in such symptoms. If the patient feels coldness (looseness) in his penis with contractions, then using Sulphur is very useful for its treatment.

To get great satisfaction in sexual intercourse, have sexual intercourse slowly. General exercise increases the energy level and physical capacity. Relieve stress by doing yoga, meditation, massage, etc. Try to solve impotency problems by being patient and with the cooperation of the partner.
