Makoy Fruit

 


Makoy fruit season is going on these days. Seasonal fruits should be consumed.

It grows everywhere on its own. Its small red fruits look very beautiful in winter. These fruits are very tasty and beneficial too. Its fruits are purple or light yellow-red in color.


Eating Makoy fruit early in the morning on an empty stomach causes indigestion.

Honey preserves the properties of Makoy and removes the doshas.
It destroys Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

It removes swelling and pain.

If there is diabetes or weakness, take a teaspoon of Makoy's dry seed powder in the morning and evening.
If there is kidney disease, eat its vegetable continuously for 10-15 days. Decoction of its 10 grams of dried Panchaga in 200 grams of water and drink it.

If the heart rate decreases in old age, drink the decoction of 10 grams of its Panchaga.
For any kind of heart disease, mix 5 grams of Makoy Panchaga and 5 grams of Arjun bark and cook them in 400 grams of water. When one-fourth remains, drink it.

If the liver is not well, the stomach is upset, there is infection in the intestines, the spleen is enlarged or the stomach is filled with water; the cure for all these is Makoy vegetable.
Eat its vegetable daily. Or drink the decoction of 10 grams of its Panchaga.

In case of jaundice, take the juice of its leaves mixed with 2-4 teaspoons of water.

If you are unable to sleep, take the decoction of 10 grams of its root.
If you mix jaggery with it, you will not only get good sleep, but your stomach will also be well cleaned in the morning.

Skin related diseases also get cured with its regular use. - It cures cold, cough, respiratory problems, hiccups, etc.
